Ive gotta food poisoning in my first year here and someone i know just recent did as well. The little ketchup cups for plum sauce are ridiculous compared to the size of the chicken fingers, plum sauce pump was broken anyway so dry $10 chickens strips it is for tonights dinner. Shockingly enough they close at 7 not at 8 like there hours say, i swear no one updates their hours of operation on campus anymore

We had the pleasure of dining here about a month ago. Yes I am slow to post the review. Karen looked after us and was simply amazing. She was friendly and accommodating and helped with suggestions of what to try both food and wine. Our meal was fantastic, but the service made our experience amazing. Thanks Karen, we will be back.

Rude and snappy employees. The lady that was on order taking for omelettes today yelled “next” right on my friends face, my friend has anxiety and this encounter just made her overwhelmed and cry. We know this job is fast paced and hard but at least don’t snap at students who are nice to begin with.

Came from out of town for a soccer tournament, and decided to try out this restaurant since it was close to our hotel. The owner personally greeted us at the door. He was very welcoming, hilarious and clearly cared about the well-being of his customers. Our waiter (the owner’s grandson) was very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. The food was incredible!!! I highly recommended the cappelletti. Everyone else at the table also loved what they ordered. Overall 10/10 experience, and I’ll for sure come back the next time I’m in Hamilton.

Food is half decent considering it is campus food. Unsure why there are so many poor comments about workers as my experience has always been pleasurable! However, I do feel the hummus vegetable bowl should come with more hummus!! There is a tiny container for a large amount of vegetables! And I am disappointed with the lack of cold food options in the fridge in the afternoon.

Today I had vegan chorizo hash with crispy potatoes, avocado, eggs, and banana peppers. Tuesday I had 3 Sister Stew with bannock. Knocked it out of the park both times! So many options, some really excellent quality food choices if you're willing to go outside of your comfort zone of pizza, hamburgers and fries. Excellent staff. I love the new menus, including vegan, halal, gluten free, international flavours, and just plain good food.
