I have always loved LaLuna Express however order lately have not been complete or are not made as ordered. Today was the worst. I ordered the family feast plus extra kabobs. I requested that salad have dressing and pita in the side to avoid waste. When we got gone for our company we found the salad had dressing saturated the both salads with pita added and soggy. We did not have the rice, pita, hummus, or baba ganoush, or extra pita. Our company had to eat and leave so we did not have time to go back.(luckily I had food to supplement at home) I did call and they still argued it was in irder. It certainly was not!! Sooo disappointing as the order was quite expensive. I am not sure I will be returning.

Food is very good and very fresh; I have gotten food from here many times and the quality is always high and consistent. Good portion sizes, good food, good prices, I am always happy with this restaurant and I highly recommend them.

We ordered for takeout - we always order here and love their food. Unfortunately, we were so very disappointed. We ordered a beef shawarma sandwich and beef shawarma on top of a fattouche salad, baba ganouj and 3 spinach pies. First of all, when we went in, the server seemed to be meticulous in our order, but handed us a chicken shawarma sandwich and we said no, it is beef. They remade our sandwich. On the phone we had asked for hot sauce and garlic sauce several times and even at the restaurant the server said "and garlic and hot sauce". We got nothing! The shawarma was tough as if it were sitting on the spit for a month. The salad had no pita chips. The baba ganouj was good. The spinach pies were awful. The dough was thick and dry (I tried to dip it in a sauce to soften it up) and I don't think that was spinach inside. Whatever the inside was, it was tasteless. What has happened? Did the owners change? Why is this not as good as it was last year? I am so disappointed.

Always for the Shish Taouk wrap and Greek salad with the Taouk chicken added onto it and have yet to be disappointed. The family meal deal is also great value. The guys working the counter are friendly and fast. Highly recommend, don't understand the 1 star reviews of this place.

I’ve been coming to this place since it opened years ago, and only just noticed the name change. The quality of food is as great as it ever was. Just last night I picked up a shish tawook plate for $20, and it was incredibly fresh, and huge! Came with hummus, separate salad, 2 falafel, rice, pita and a generous portion of chicken. Shared with my husband for dinner and again for lunch the next day and we still have some left over. Not sure who’s trolling with 1 star reviews, but they are definitely wrong. This place is one of the best for fresh, healthy, and yummy food in East Ham/Stoney Creek.

Always so fresh, huge portions, and the staff are very friendly/polite! Even my 2 year old and 1 year old love when we order take out from here!!

Before La Luna became la Luna it was called Sarah's place in the early 90's, when they finally settled on Queen Street as la Luna, the food was still amazing. When the Express stores started emerging quality really started to plunge. I went to La Ouna tonight not realizing it had changed names and I was a little skeptical at first, worried the food would be just ok, but it was back to how it used to be. So tasty.
