The ma working there, an East Indian man wasn’t friendly. Everything was transactional, like he was only interested in the money.

I ordered the special - medium pizza with one topping. When I opened the box 5 minutes later, I found an old and cold pizza. Clearly he didn’t care about the customer. He wanted to get rid of his old stock. Never going back again.

I was literally calling them so many times and they would never pick up the phone so I had to order pizza from another place. Why in the world would you make that option available if you cannot do your proper job this is actually outraging and disappointing

I deliver food for a living. The other day, I picked up an order and later got a message from the customer that an item was missing. As a delivery driver, it’s practically impossible to verify every item inside sealed packages. Still, I did my job and went back to collect the missing item.

That’s when I had to deal with a rude, middle-aged Indian employee who blame me for the mistake. On top of that, he gave my Uber profile a thumbs down for their error. Completely idiotic, unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior. If this is how they treat delivery workers, I wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with this place customer or courier.

Their marketing team should mention somewhere in their advertising that their pretzel crust pizza comes with a cheese sauce base (instead of tomato) which I found disgusting. There is no other way to tell. Or the person taking the order should mention it. Two pizza went straight to the garbage.

Pizza here is always what you expect. Never anything wrong with it. It's consistent and that's what matters. Garlic dip is one of the best.

Online order, BBQ Bacon pizza. Delivery was fast and friendly (5 stars). Pizza was major disappointment. I'm not naive, I know I'm not going to get the pizza as pictured on TV or online ads, but what I did get was sub-standard, they were kinda short on toppings and what was there was all clumped together on about half the pizza!?! See pic. It was hot, everything was cooked ok, BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy, did NOT like the BBQ chip-type salt on the outside crust. Will not order from here again.
