Whenever I come by this location, it’s usually late evening, always staffed by friendly young people and I’m always super impressed with the product and the service. If the owner is reading this, give those workers a raise and keep them - they are always the difference between a good location and a bad one!

Service is great, but you have to enter how much you want to tip every time you pay for pick up. If I'm not being served, I don't tip. This is not tipping culture this is begging culture.

I ordered a delivery and got my pizza with extra sauce. When the pizza got here, it had almost no sauce on it. I thought maybe I made a mistake on the site, so I checked my receipt, and it was supposed to be extra sauce. Obviously with barely any sauce the pizza was disgusting. They also sent a Doordash which costs extra. I deleted all food apps due to them being a rip-off, and try to only order directly from the stores not use these companies. I won't be ordering from Little Caesars again.

I like little Ceasers, The store by me used to give the extra food to those in need at the end of the night, but they stopped. That was a great idea because I know many people that are hungry at that time and don't have food. Most of the staff was great, but some were very rude. I realize they donate to food banks but people looked forward to a warm meal at night.

Female cashier was rude when you tried to ask how to work the tip part of their POS system. Even if I wanted to tip I feel customers are coerced into giving when company should be paying them enough (these days—NOT) plus the rude service made me think: nah you’re not getting anymore of my hard-earned cash. Not coming back to this place.

Sam is unnecessarily rude to customers, calling them "weird" and "not normal" for calling to ask about my credit for the 3 cheese and herb crazy puffs when I was given pepperoni ones as a vegetarian and told I could call at any time for a replacement. She hung up on me after insulting me, and when I called back I spoke to a man named Austin who was also quite rude and would not tell me the name of the woman who was rude to me previously. Wouldnt order again due to the poor customer service. Did speak to a nice man after who told me Sams name and was understanding, so thank you to him because otherwise these other two workers would continue to be unprofessional and mean. He told me she claimed that a "Rude customer was complaining about something they ordered a month ago." Wish you guys recorded phone calls. Hope they learn from this.
