Placed a large order for a school pizza party over 24 hours before delivery. Get notified 10 minutes before scheduled delivery saying my order has been cancelled because ovens are down. No apology for leaving a bunch of kids in the lurch. No attempt to give the order to another location. Can’t tell me they don’t care less about customers

Tried the barbecue chicken pizza was good not too sweet as much and the puffs,they were good. Returned to try the cheese pizza, it’s the crispy crust that attracts more than any things.

I just picked up 2 italian cheese bread with 2 Mariana sauce. After arriving home I noticed white spots on the lid from inside, upon inspection noticed mold growing in the tomato sauce. I will report it the city to investigate.

Got the hot n ready pepperoni pizza with crazy bread. The pizza had too much sauce, but the crazy bread was good.

This woman today used my time to attend and wait for other people who still needed to pay and while I've paid & been waiting for more than 15 minutes for pizza that has already been ready, just not right. Rude staff, extremely poor service. If you won't value customer time then its not worth it

I order a deep dish Detroit style pizza, picked it up went home. When I opened the box, it was extremely burned. When I returned to the store I asked if the didn't see it was burned when putting it in the box? Replied " that's how we make it." So apparently if you don't want it burnt to a crisp... you have to request it to not be.

Literally the rudest employees, the girl working there was so stinky (poor hygeine obviously) and extremely rude. I am pretty sure I was charged twice too. I've been coming here for three years and was disappointed for the first time, definitely not going back there again.
$2.10 for gar par now lol and the crazy bread doesn't come with marinara. If I knew that I wouldn't have even ordered here today !

Hi went there today. There was one girl she dnt know Anything about customer service seriously. I talked with her nicely and asked her to make my crazy bread extra stuffed . She said it gonna take about 6 more minutes i said ok i can wait but suddenly she took one regular crazy bread from warmer and gave it to me in 2 minutes . It was bad.
