Was told a 10 minute wait for 2 medium hot and ready pizza's, after placing my order and waiting over 20 minutes I asked the lady what the hold-up was and she asked me what I ordered. At this point I asked for my money back, awful service & experience. Waste of my time

The service seems to be hit and miss here. It depends who is there cooking each day. I had an issue earlier this year with a stuffed crust pretzel pizza. I've had it before, and love it. But, this was burnt and acidic. The staff that night when we picked up were careless. The owner was great, trying to go above and beyond. It was appreciated, and I returned to try again. It was great. Then tonight, I ordered, and it's a big miss again. Crust is questionable. Then cinnamon sticks, are... flat, hard, and burnt, except for one corner of it, that's fluffy.

I just left after ordering pizza. As I was sitting there waiting a younger male walked in from outside at 3:45pm he had yellow and black shoes on.. he walked in the back and threw his keys on a shelf. Grabbed a pizza tray and container of cheese, stuck his hand in the cheese container and proceeded to make a pizza didn’t even wash his hands !! That is absolutely disgusting! Then the other male co worker said something as he clearly seen me sitting there staring at this go down. Then the male went and washed his hands ! I will never come back here and we come once a week!

Now I know why my son's school partners with this location. I typically order online, but once in a while, I go in person with my kids. Went in today and was getting ready for bed when I heard my doorbell ring. Turns out I forgot my wallet at the store, and the staff came by the house to drop it off. I'm literally still in shock as I didn't even realize my wallet was missing! Thank you, thank you, thank you. God bless you all, indeed!
