Went to the Upper Ottawa location with my son to redeem a free crazy bread certificate to be told we could not use unless we bought a pizza. Coupon only states to have to pay tax. Will not return to this store again. Coupons were given for participants of a charity golf tournament as well as volunteering in the tournament.

As of today I will no longer order there. The pizza has gone to crap the crazy bread was stuck together and the cheese was outside of the bread. The service was terrible. That was my go to place Thursdays. What happened new owner like what the errrrr.

Everytime we come in for even a cheese pizza it's never ready. 10 minute wait. Over priced now. Slow. For average pizza they are asking for alot.

DO NOT EAT HERE AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! These owners do not care about their customers at all they just want to squeeze all the money they can from you. They have owned this location for 6 months and in that tie they have raised the price on everything while also lowering the standards and quality of the food. They don’t follow the guidelines that they given from corporate to save themselves money they’re only putting about half the amount of cheese that they’re supposed to and that you the customer are paying for. Per the guidelines pizzas and crazy bread are only allowed to be kept in the hot box for a maximum of 30 minutes before they are supposed to be discarded and replaced, they have instructed the staff to keep the food longer and to sell it to customers i have personally seen one of the owners keep crazy bread in the hot box for ver 2 hours before selling it to a customer. Dairy items like the garlic butter for the crazy breads and the icing for the cinnamon bites are kept out at room temperature and not refrigerated from when the store opens until the store closes. The store also currently has an ant problem and they have not had a pest control company inspect the store a single time since they took ownership back in December.

Disappointing, really. Having worked at a Little Caesers myself I expected much more. Disorganized, and I noticed evidence of ants.

Service is great, food is delicious as always.
But a huge warning! DO NOT enter this Parking lot for the south entrance!!! I think the Canadian military has been using it for bomb practice! HUGE pot holes. I did some major damage to my truck the other night, rim looks bent and is leaking, and I think I bent the control arm (will find out today) probably $1000 min in damage. Owners of this plaza are careless and should be repairing their property.

Lady working the front till was not friendly with me or other customers ordering. Got home with my pizza to find it’s cut in super small slices and really big slices and was not cut all the way through. Not a good experience.

We went in yesterday the woman was so rude to us we left and went to the rymal location beside no frills, the young man was awesome. No more ottawa lil Caesars for us.
