We went in yesterday the woman was so rude to us we left and went to the rymal location beside no frills, the young man was awesome. No more ottawa lil Caesars for us.

I visited the restaurant at around 10 pm on 31 July Wednesday it was my first experience the lady who was working in the front was so rude and doesn’t know ho to speak at all . Very very bad experience.

The upper Ottawa location is horrible. The staff are rude and unaware of products they carry. They charge more than the website says and when you question it you’re meet with attitude. I wouldn’t waste my money here if I were you. There are better options in town. I’d give them a zero if I could.

March 21st came here to pick up a door dash after after entering the store And waiting about a long while I finally hollered for somebody which the girl came out all annoyed and attitude and when I told her who it was for she proceeds to tell me to order was not ready with a snarky tone anyway the was rude and inconsiderate and ignorant when people come in you're supposed to greet them and ask, may I help you not make them wait 10 minutes and have to holler for you and then give me attitude like I'm bothering you ?? do your damn job! rude!

I order one crazy bread and tell that person to do it extra stuff. But i got this and its not even regular stuffed with garlic butter and parmesan. Other locations have it for 3.99 and he charged me above 5$ . I got sick after eating. Now i have sore throat.l and food poisoning. They didn't maintain hygiene .
