So sad that this place is closing April 23. Been coming here for 20 years and have never had a bad meal. Food has always been amazing and the service is impeccable. Will try to visit again before then as I'm going to miss the food and the people.

The best restaurant in Hamilton, period. You will not find better service anywhere. Werner is all that embodies class. Top notch service, ALWAYS. I have never had a bad meal here in 30+ years. Everyone must try this restaurant before April 23rd of this year. Sadly, this Hamilton icon is closing its doors for good. I hope to have at least one more meal here before then.

We recently dined at Lo Presti;s at Maxwell's prior to getting shutdown by the government again due to Covid 19. Kalipso greeted us and directed us to our table. She really makes you feel welcome. Our waiter was very attentive and gave us time to relax, drink some wine and continue our discussion prior to ordering. The root beet and pepper soup was delicious. Our salmon was excellent with the teriyaki sauce on the side. Cooked perfectly by Chef and Proprietor Terry. Dessert was Lo Presti's Trio for $10. A collection of three desserts in one (crème brule, tiramisu, and ice cream) Simply fantastic, we shared the dessert. They have many private rooms ideal for family or gatherings of friends. Great for business luncheons. We will be back that is for sure.

I loved my vegan dish! The minestrone soup was also delicious! Everyone else enjoyed their meals (filet mignon, tenderloin, char & salmon). Only complaint from the group was the strawberry sauce that came w/ the crabcakes appetizer was too sweet and a bit of an unusual pairing. Definitely suggest trying this place out!

My wife and I visited Lo Presti's for the first time to celebrate our 44th Anniversary. What a terrific discovery! The atmosphere, the service, and the food were absolutely wonderful! Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was delicious. In fact, everything about the restaurant exceeded our expectations considerably. We can't wait to return.

I went in and had a great dinner by myself the other night it was great, although I I called a couple days later cause I wanted to order the scallops with the risotto it was so good but they tell me they r not doing take out. Which really isn't fair when the website says they do.
Hi all My husband and I dined at this fine establishment many years ago more than once, and enjoyed it. Tonight we brought some important out of town guests to join us, hoping for the best. It turns out that Lo Presti's continues in the fine tradition we enjoyed many years ago. Impeccable service, from drinks and wine to excellent food. Everyone had a great experience overall. We should especially mention Manny's careful, friendly, expert service throughout. There were others whose names we did not catch, who popped in at one point or another, and we thank them all. Thank you. We hope to return again before many years go by!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Lo Presti’s. I’ve been there once before - a few years ago with a big group. This time there were 3 of us. Our server was so kind and thoughtful. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is amazing. From the wine, to the garlic bread to the scallop appetizer and French onion soup - we enjoyed every bit. Then our main course arrived and we all loved the food. The pasta is delicious and made with such care. We will most definitely be back — this time, much sooner! What a fantastic experience.

Our server was Werner. He was so special on our 50th wedding anniversary dinner. We had the cuban lobsters which were terrific but his presence at all the right times and his comments, are what we will remember the most. Very personable and professional. Thanks, Werner.
