Would not recommend, we waited over 20-30 mins in line (there were some empty tables not sure why they weren’t seating people). Finally when it was our turn the waiter came to us asked if it was for 2, we said “yes” she said “it’ll be over an hour wait for the food” and walked away, we were confused if she was seating us why is she talking/asking a question than just walk away todo other things? Never at any restaurant I’ve been to this has happened, she than came back after finishing whatever she was doing behind the bar, and said “so are you guys going to sit or what” we said “will apps be an hour wait to” she said “yup everything will be over an hour” so we left, had to find another restaurant last minute. Would have been nice if they told everyone in the line the wait time (to be seated and food) instead of us waiting around for nothing. The service was awful and I will not be coming back to try this place if I ever come to Hamilton again!. Don’t recommend. Very disappointed in the service we got.

We went to the Loft Lounge for Christmas Eve dinner with family and had an enjoyable meal. I ordered the Steak Frites with a Greek Salad to start and a Crème Brûlée for dessert. The salad was fresh and the feta and olives went well with the dressing. The Steak Frite was cooked medium rare, exactly as I had asked for it, and was quite tender and tasty. The Crème Brûlée was delicious. Our server, Alissa, was friendly and courteous. The restaurant itself does look a bit like a place from the late '80s, early '90s abd could probably do with a refresh at some point. Overall, though, the meal was quite enjoyable.

I was going to give this bar 3.5 stars. Standard hotel bar. Prices are on the higher end. Service is good

We popped into The Loft for snacks and drinks before and after seeing Jesus Christ Superstar. Dean, our server, has an excellent sense of humour and despite the fact he was so busy attending to people, he provided prompt service. We went back after the performance because of Dean.

We went after dance competition and the place was packed - but they worked as a team and food was great!
Kid-friendliness: Did great with kids
Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp
My husband & I decided to dine here even though we were staying at another hotel . Our dinner was very delicious & nicely presented . Janet our server was helpful & very friendly . We plan to visit again .
Looking for live music? I wouldn't recommend this place only because they have tv's airing sports which takes away from the band. Also, no service at the tables, get up & get your drinks yourself!
