Lookout Sports Lounge

My husband and I play hockey at the Quad and frequently go upstairs. Our teams are always offered complimentary nachos and pizza and it's actually good! Free and tastes great!!! We've ordered the wings that always come out fresh. I believe they have a special for 3 pounds which is pretty decent. The servers are always nice, attentive and work really hard. There is usually only 2 servers on at a time. For such a large place, they do a great job handling each table, bar, Hightower and the spaces by the rinks itself. I've seen all of them handle some pretty tough customers with ease and professionalism. Overall, I am never disappointed when I go there.

Have thrown a couple parties here including one on sunday for a surprise party. The staff were incredible and food was great. Will be back and will recommend the space to anyone!

I come here as the parent to a trio of hockey players. It is very simple to place an order with the front counter. You are given a numbered stand that you take to whatever table you wish. There are large windows that have a view of every ice surface (4 rinks in total). Busy days can take a little longer, empty days are fairly speedy. The food is above average and has decent portions for the cost. I will continue to enjoy the Lookout Sports Lounge as long as my children continue to enjoy playing hockey.

I like to go for a beer after hockey, whether it's league or shinny. I have been a few times now, and I am still happy with the service. The ladies behind the bar are very attentive. I have never waited longer than 10 seconds at the bar before being greeted. The beer is cold, and the food is great. Lots of seating along with the great views of all four rinks. I recommend stopping in if you haven't already. Good times.

Come up with my team twice a week. Service is always good. Pizza and wings are really good. Lots of TVs they give us free team food and cheap team jugs

It used to be a fantastic service but it's not anymore since Sandy left. Those girls after she left are the worst, they don't have any customer service manners. I miss Sandy a lot, she was amazing! Hopefully the manager of the place can do something about it.

Ate here twice over the weekend. The fries were fantastic. One meal I had a chicken ceasar wrap and the other the chicken Thai bites. Thai bites were good but weren’t my favourite. The wrap was delicious. Staff was quick and friendly.
