5 stars all around. Guys if you live in Hamilton and have not tried this, or are not sure if it's good, it's not just good.. it's amazing, the large chicken platter is deliciously seasoned, nice and juicy chicken, with rice and veggies and a little kick of heat!
But my favorite part is the lady who owns the store, she is an absolute sweet heart and you can tell she's passionate about making good food for people! Love this place! Keep up the awesome work guys! I'll see you very soon :)

If the restaurant police shut down takeout, I'd risk my life to get Lulu's.

The staff is rude, theirs bones in the chicken and the food generally taste like fish. Which shouldn't be the case when I'm ordering shawarma. This used to be a good place to get food and it's absolutly not remotely worth going to. I wanted to leave it as polite as possible but considering how rude your staff are to other races/cultures it's pretty disgusting.
Bad food/food poisoning and horrifically rude staff and the pricing isn't even half decent. Hope that answered your questions. I used to come a couple times a month for a few years until this started to be the norm instead of one offs.
Regardless you use bad product and it makes people sick. Virtually all of my friends and people i know have stopped eating at your establishment.
Pay the extra 5$ for slightly better meat. Actually invest the time to cook it and actually give a damn if your customer is unhappy with your staff. I honestly have no idea how you guys stay in business and always assumed it's some sort of laundering establishment.

Absolutely disgusting. The chicken shawarma is drowning in sweet, ranch dressing. Chicken is bland - not seasoned. Pita is near stale. The way it’s filled and wrapped makes it impossible to eat. Do not recommend.

So it's been a few years since I've been here thanks to the pandemic. I walked in thinking it'll be a hole in the wall but since my last visit the location definitely had an update. It looks great and you order and go. It's a two person operation. The woman (Lulu) there takes the order and loves what she does while her partner in crime cooks the mountain of chicken. She takes your order and hums while she works. They now have debit. They were only cash before. But no credit card folks. Now let's get to the food. It's great. It's reasonably priced compared to restaurants. I ordered the large chicken and rice, shawarma and a tee tee salad. Freshly made, vegetables are simple lettuce tomatoes cucumber and onions are nicely chopped so it's not bulky and sauces are good. I was in and out in 10 mins but I did come around 4 i assume they get busy. But there was a steady stream of people. I'm glad this place is still around and hope it stays for a long time.
