Marble Slab Creamery

Ordered a custom slab well in advance. On the day of pick-up, it was never made.
Unfortunately, the staff working that day was not informed but helped rectify the situation with 2 different pre-made cakes (luckily the ingredients are the same).
Seems like no communication and poor organizing habits of owner/management. Hope they can do better.

I had the pleasure of being served by the store manager, Ines this afternoon. What an absolutely delightful human being who truly loves what she does.
The ice cream itself is delicious of course but the level of service I received is what enticed me to leave a review!
I will definitely be back.

We came here tonight with 3 kids and all the staff were so kind and patient with our order. They were meticulous in handling the food and ensuring we all got what we wanted. Thanks a lot! :)

I’ve been coming to Marble Slab for many years now, and it’s one of those places that never loses its magic 🍦. Every visit feels like a little tradition—picking a flavour, piling on the mix-ins, and watching it all come together on the slab 😍. The ice cream is always rich, creamy, and full of flavour, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. I also love their stamping system—it’s such a fun way to reward regulars like me, and honestly, it’s just another reason to keep coming back. The shop is always clean and inviting, making it just as much about the experience as the ice cream itself. After all these years, it’s still one of my favourite spots for a sweet treat 🎉!”

Horrible customer service. The two ladies created a miserable environment for us.
If anyone has kids and wanted to enjoy the ice cream, please don’t visit this place. My kid asked for extra toppings and we were ready to pay for it but they denied. At last, my son cried alot but still those two heartless women refused.

I had a very unpleasant experience in the store. Even, the staff was nice and polite but the owners displayed rude, arrogant, and disrespectful behaviour.
The two twin sisters (owners) don’t know how to speak with the customers .We just simply asked for extra chocolate sauce, the owner aggressively snatched the entire bottle from one of the employees while she was serving us and denied from the service. Moreover, when we were asked how would we like to pay, we agreed to pay after eating. However, through our meal, and demanded payment immediately. Overall, their behaviour was designed to make us uncomfortable and embarrassed. Their actions created an unwelcoming environment for me and my friends.
At last, i feel so bad for the girl serving us because her bosses ( twin sisters) didn’t hesitate to scold on her in front of us.

My experience at this store was incredibly disappointing. Owners were rude, condescending, and blatantly discriminatory. On top of that, although we had initially agreed to settle the bill after our meal, they interrupted us halfway through eating and insisted on immediate payment in a very disrespectful tone. Their behavior seemed intentional, making my family and me feel unwelcome and humiliated. The hostile attitude of the owners created a deeply uncomfortable atmosphere that overshadowed everything else.
If I have an option to give ratings in minus I will definitely give -5.

Their cakes and Ice creams are always good but some of the ladies they work there are so so so rude.

I was there with my wife and my less than 2 years old daughter today. As soon as we entered, my daughter started crying and was asking for a gummy bear or a single piece of chocolate from a topping section which usually they give for tasting to customers.

I kindly requested a lady to have a piece of a gummy bear and she rudely said NO.

I said I am ready to pay for whole ice cream but just give me single piece so that daughter may calm down and she said we can’t give it to you. Even if you purchase ice cream I will mix it up but won’t give it to you.

Thank you Marble slab because of you my daughter kept crying for a while. I will share this experience with my friends. You lost one regular customer today.

If you don’t want serve just don’t work and stay home . I ask for ingredients information girl said our all product has egg in it. I was like okay thank you but when we were leaving I saw vegan sign than in car check ingredients list online if you don’t want serve or don’t know just say so. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
