Came as a wedding guest and was so pleased. I like how the atmosphere was eclectic and warm but not dumpy. It was very clean and the food was excellent, far above my expectations for a plated wedding meal. The service was also fantastic, those bartenders never wavered and kept up really well, a couple of the servers were so congenial that it really added to the joy and festivities. Again, the food was so good, the end of night wood fired pizza, the veal ragu, everything was amazing!

Definitely a go to for special occasions. Everything is phenomenal here if you are into Italian food. I also like the melted candle concept. Plus, our waiter (I wanna say Filipino roots) with tattoos was so cute.

I came to this restaurant to celebrate my 40th birthday and although the food was good..the service was the worst I’ve experienced. The staff was rude, our dinner felt rushed and we’re told to move out of the way when guests were greeting each other by the female staff member. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone celebrating a special occasion. The staff need to check their attitudes at the door.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of care goes into the kitchen, and it really shows in every dish. Unfortunately, the service was a completely different experience. The staff came across as rude and unprofessional, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable despite how much I enjoyed the food.
It’s disappointing because the quality of the menu deserves better hospitality to match. If the service improved, this place could easily be a go-to favorite, but as it stands, it’s hard to recommend without hesitation. Very disappointed in the staff here!

Brought 7 of my colleagues to have drinks and a bite to Martello. I regret it! Terrible service! Server was wearing her sun glasses and her attitude!! Asked her if she could take her sunglasses out so that we could see who’s she was talking too.She replied, that’s why I’m pointing with my pen!! Since we were 8 we got an automatic 20% to our bill!! Maybe that’s why she didn’t really care. Food and drinks were good but she made the experience awkward and awful! Asking my friend to hurry ti pay as she had other customers to attend was simply unacceptable! Manager should have a talk with that server, that job is not just about bringing food to a table! Won’t be going back!!!

Food was delicious server was amazing ! Hostess was rude. My 90 father was unable to see inside. We asked to be seated outside hostess was terribly rude marched us outside through the menus on a table and walked away. We questioned whether we should stay or not. We had a reservation for 5, two birthdays. Glad that we stayed because the food and service was top notch!
