This is the 2nd 1 star review I have given this store as it is the 2nd straight time I have had a major issue with my order, so fool me twice shame on me I guess. This time, most of my order was missing, they said they would refund my order but I have seen nothing about a refund yet. The food I did get was bad, in a 2 piece meal I got the 2 smallest pieces of chicken possible.
The 1st 1 star review I gave they responded asking me to email them so they could fix the situation. I did email them and I never heard back. I would stay away from this location. They are awful.

We had Mary Browns last night for dinner and it was awesome. The service was great the man serving us run through the menu to get us a cheaper price. The food was great when we got it home and still hot. we really like the chicken way better then KFC.

my mom and i's first time ever trying MBC. we are very disappointed. we ordered all white chicken for her combo, and they sent us 2 dark and 1 white. the chicken was cold and tough. the potato wedges were undercooked and also cold. the chicken in the mashup bowl was very soggy, the onions were missing as well. the regular chicken was spicy and dry and not at all crunchy as we were promised. the tenders were small and soggy. the fries were stale and dry.
we are VERY disappointed. what a horrible first experience. never ordering from this location again. may not even get MBC again, period.
mom was so looking forward to it, she couldn't even finish her food. not just because of the bad quality but also because of how upset she was. breaks my heart.
