Pre-ordered my food like half hour in advance via call and then picked it up later. The prices are very cheap and affordable and the food tastes great. It is a bit oily so I asked them to make it less oily which worked well. Would recommend this place due to the good prices, hygenic preparation, and the accommodative staff who customized my order based on how I asked them to.

Yesterday night we place an order of near about 85$ and told as to wait 20-25mins.We end up getting our food after 35mins and then also we received incorrect order again have to wait near about 15mins.Once we open the food at home again food was not as per we order. We have to go again to this place and now we said give us refund. This guy in picture call her owner and said we can’t give you refund. Ask me to come tomorrow once owner is there. Is I’m free for you guys.Ended up give the food back and money as well. Worst customer service.Guys don’t go with reviews some are fake

The owner is genuinely such a kind person. He had great recommendations and accommodated my picky food preferences - if you're someone who also can't handle spice or on the flip side, would like more spice, don't hesitate to ask!! Apart from the stellar food taste/variety, the price point is very affordable especially for students. All around, this place is a win and a must-try if you're looking for affordable local Indian food :)

I am really disappointed. I checked Masala Grill website and they have mentioned in big lines breakfast from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm. We decided to go there around 10.30am for breakfast then realized their one location opens up at 12 pm and Main Street one opens up at 11.00am. We waited until 11.15 that it will open but nobody responded even on Main Street location they have mentioned open time 11.00am. I called from outside of the restaurant 10 times nobody answered the phone either which is after 11. Finally we had to come back with eating food from here. If you can’t manage the time what’s written on your website and big board on the door of the restaurant. Please remove the timings from there. I will never go again for this place. Pathetic.

Ordered dal makhani . It had big chunks of onions. Didnt taste like dal makhani at all. Has to be the worst dal makhani I have ever had in Hamilton.I called the restaurant to let them know. He said he cant do anything about it.

Very delicious food! We got the butter chicken and palak paneer. The flavors were complex! I just thought that the Naan was more dense than usual, I would prefer it to be more fluffy and airy.
The naan was perfectly soft and flavorful, making for an ideal accompaniment to the meal. The masala paneer was a delightful combination of rich spices and tender paneer, offering a burst of flavors in every bite. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. I highly recommend this establishment for an authentic and delicious Indian dining experience

Masala Grill has a prime location for hungry students on a budget, which is definitely myself and many other went to give it a shot. Although the service was very friendly, the wait for hot and ready take out was just too long. The butter chicken was so sweet it tasted like syrup. Not what we were expecting at all. Goat curry was fine but it was really watery and honestly didn’t have too strong of a flavour at all. The naan was great though! Super fluffy and buttery!
