The rice balls I ordered from this restaurant were obviously very spicy, but the ones I ordered were not spicy/mildly spicy. When I applied for a refund for the wrong meal, the merchant said "this is very spicy". Awesome, everyone who likes to eat here is a god 👍

When I entered the store, there was nothing in the freezer, only some quick-frozen meatballs. When I ordered the pot bottom, they were told there was none. Finally, when I ordered spicy mix, they were told there was no rice either. After ordering and waiting for half an hour, it still hasn’t been served. It’s outrageous.
Found fly in my food ?

We were a little unsure upon walking in how it all worked, but, wow, once we figured out that you pick your own soup ingredients (toppings, noodle, soup base), we were all in. Hearty, spicy and enriching, we can't wait to go back and try different combinations. Highly recommend.
Vegetarian options: You can craft your soup however you'd like - filled with vegetables, or filled with meat.
Parking: Shared with student housing - usually a spot or two.

Well and consistently stocked, now that the owner is back. Good choice of ingredients. Rich and fragrant house-made broth and chili oil. Reasonable prices, you get what you pay for.

A friend and I were having a hard time finding a lunch spot, unexpectedly. First stop, our local sushi place, “open 7 days”, we arrive to a sign saying “closed this Tuesday”. Next attempt, Joya Sushi, still functioning on-line, also closed, permanently. Next stop, Yukiguni Izakaya, also closed permanently…turns out in this case, 4 times was a charm. Master M is a very simple interior, and a very busy kitchen open to view from seating. Service prompt and well-informed; we had many questions and were carefully guided by wait staff (who are also preparing food). We ordered 3 items, a chicken kaarage, octupus balls, and a ramen “Creamy Pork” broth with noodles and other additions. Wow. The ramen was a great experience. We were completely blown away. The other two dishes were good, although for me the octopus ? was ‘meh’ and I won’t have again. Chicken much better, crunchy, savoury and plentiful enough to share. We will be back! Prices very fair.
