This is my third time ordering delivery from the late night crew at McDonalds and as someone who works at a McDonalds I am deeply disappointed. The first time we ordered, our bag was open, the drinks were wrong and they didnt put onions on the burger. The second time, our burger had nothing on it except meat and cheese (which we only asked for no pickle). Tonight I got fed up because again our order was messed up since I got the wrong mcflurry, wasnt mixed, they put the wooden spoons in the ice cream which is a safety hazard (due to risk of splintering), no straw with our smoothie and a giant onion in our quater pounder which was uncut. Do yourselves a favor and do not order delivery here with the overnight crew.

There was a piece of human feces in my double cheeseburger and I thought it was a chicken nugget. So gross. I’m appalled.

I may only dine-in here once a year, usually drive-thru. My compliments on the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Smart decision to remove the self-serve soda fountains. It was nice to see the manager bring out a cake and, with the whole team, sing happy birthday to an employee, at the front. It's not easy working in the service industry, nor that location, and I was happy to see such employee appreciation. I was served at the counter by the birthday lady herself, who was equally kind to the person ahead of me. Cheers. Meal was fresh & tasty, served fast & with a smile.

They are so unorganized in the back. They don't know what's up or down. The place is always dirty. The bathroom is disgusting and the lineups take forever

After a lengthy wait in the drive thru I went home to eat my cheeseburger, and what i discovered shocked and appalled me. 1 pickle! Mind blowing the lack of pickle coverage on my cheeseburger ruined my Valentine’s Day and sparked a domestic incident. Please tell your employees to put the proper amount of pickles on the burgers.

I visited this mcdonald’s and the service was extremely disappointing. I ordered iced coffee and mc veggie burger and they gave me a chicken patty instead of veggie and i am pure vegetarian this is not at all acceptable and the coffee tasted like black coffee. I called the staff to report this and their response was not satisfying.

The staff and the manager were so kind and friendly! I am obsessed with the happy meal anime uno toy, so I went there to ask for their stock for 2 days. But they were very patient with my questions, with answering the restocking time so I can get what I wanted! Also most of the desk are clean, and the atmosphere is pretty decent, a good place for studying :)

The service here was painfully slow. It felt like a hundred people were waiting for their food at the same time. Gets pretty dirty too unfortunately and the cleaning is not great. Food is OK.
