I visited this location few times this month with my daughters and I received exceptional client service at this location. I am living in Markham and drove to Hamilton to visit my daughters who are studying at McMaster University. I visited so many McDonalds stores in and around Markham and we always have issues with their services or food, but this location in Hamilton we visited twice already and received excellent customer service on our each visit to this store. I can understand...
Great place. The food is great, but the only thing is service i used the app to do the table service. Instead of doing what it is said, they called. Instead, I don't normally do the table service if I'm on the first floor, but which was filled or tables were dirty. Would give 5 stars, but that was the only flaw. Why have the table service on the app when not going to go place it on the choose table you put?
I rarely eat Mcdonalds (seriously, it happens perhaps once or twice a year) but when I do give them a chance, I never have complaints.
Even when I just buy an apple pie, or ice coffee, the quality is good. That said, it's very expensive these days which is a shock. I'm reluctant to spend money when so many other restaurants are in the same price margin but offer more high end food.
