This is the second time now my grandfather has gone to this location around this time at night and the order is completely wrong. First time two weeks ago he was asking for a Big Mac meal with extra sauce on the side, and they gave him a hamburger happy meal with Big Mac sauce on the side (he went inside, to order at the counter). Now this time he asked for two double cheeseburgers with no mustard and add mayo, they gave him a regular cheeseburger with extra cheese with no mustard and add mayo and the other one is a regular cheese burger with no bun no mustard and add mayo... now I don't know how they can mess this up when he goes in with his piece of paper with the items written on them... and not only that how can one come with a bun and the other not come with a bun when you ask for TWO double cheeseburgers the exact same way?

A good place to eat or just stop for a coffee. because of their location they do a large drive-thru business. Seating is limited because this is one of their smallest locations in Hamilton. but I've always been served with a smile and my order has always been correct.

Scammers!! They stole my money and never gave me my food. They claimed it's not their fault it's the mobile apps fault so when I called the mobile app they claimed all money is processed by the restaurant not the McDonald's mobile app. So they stole my money refuse to give me my food and lied so they didn't have to take responsibility for robbing me. Never going to this location ever again.

Went to the drive thru and had to pay twice due to an issue on their end. When asking for a photo of the system so i can dispute the charge, the worker was extremely dismissive and rude. When the manager came over, he was also rude and dismissive slamming the window whenever he would close it. Not only were they not understanding when i asked questions about paying twice, they would roll their eyes and say to come back to the mcdonald’s. I dont live in this area why would i come back for a small paycheck and waste gas money in the process. Save yourself the effort and go to the next mcdonalds. This place has horrible customer service and took forever to even get the order which was two burgers a poutine and two drinks. Worst experience and you dont expect much when going through a drive through. Fire all the drive thru workers and the manger. Still had to pay twice to get this food and the manager himself slammed the window in my face.

l just bought some food for my kids and when we got home, we were missing a large fry, all the drinks were 2/3 filled and were flat. I know its fast food but for 45 bucks for 3 meals and a kids meal and getting that is brutal.
