I recently had a disappointing experience at this location ,when I ordered hotcakes for my daughter. The breakfast was hard, especially around the edges. When I returned to request a refund, the lady who served me processed it without issue, but I was upset but not rude that I didn’t think to say “thank you” as I left. She then said “thank you,” seemingly trying to teach me some manners. When I mentioned that she didn’t even say “ sorry” she insisted she had said sorry three times. Are you for real ????!!!! 😆😆😆 arguing with a customer over a ruined meal just because they didn’t say “ thank you “ Is this really how you treat your customers? I used to love this McDonald's, especially because the two ladies at the drive-thru are always so nice and smiling ! Thanks for ruin not only my daughter’s breakfast but my day off too. This experience has made me rethink my visits.

Ordered uber eats. they sent 2 combos, one missing fries(so no longer a combo). And who sends a takeout order with no straws to drink your drink that both requires straws...can provide order number

Friendly staff fast service, I have a great experience every time I go in, I have witnessed them deal with a lot of drug addicts and more and still keep their cool well also doing their best to serve their customers good job to everyone working there and keep it up.

In this day and age, why are your food prep workers not wearing gloves. I was just in this location and witnessed a worker preparing burgers picking them up and assembling them with his bare hands. I watched him touch his clothes, his hair, and multiple different surfaces with unwashed hands and then prepare burgers. And no hair net. I don't care if he washed his hands minutes earlier, I can't be certain that he washed them properly or merely splashed some water on them. He was peeling the cheese slices using his finger nails!!! Every food service worker needs to be using food service gloves if they are touching food. I will likely never eat at a McDonald's again after seeing this blatant unhygienic practice.

At 742 the front door was locked in my face by an employee as I tried to enter. No apology was made and the employee ran off quickly so as to avoid confrontation. There was no notice on the door of the 742 closure of the dining room. Bad business practices I won't be returning.
