I arrived at 3:50 am just before they switch over to breakfast. I let them know I have two Uber orders. They looked at my phone and said we cannot make those. You're going to have to cancel them, and then shut the window in my face and walked away. If they are still accepting orders through the app they should fulfill the customer's needs. If you are no longer making food, you should not be accepting orders in Uber. Even if the person was a bit apologetic it would have went a long way. If they continue to do this there will be a lot of upset customers getting their orders canceled and driver s working for free.

Horrific experience told them to modify my Sandiwch with extra mayo beacuse I forgot to tell her so the lady with black nose piercing was not very customer friendly and the way she was she didn’t even respond to most of questions and just ignored me like im nothing I tought Mac Donald’s was driven towards customer satisfaction and basic greeting never coming back to this place again customer service is horrible they treat you like you’re nothing and I’m sorry that’s not the way to treat a customer

Atmosphere is definitely not like it used to be, not welcoming at all, very little seating now as if they don't want you to stay. Used the washroom, obvious signs of someone having an accident. There was a trail to the stall, dried up, and the sink and countertop had obvious signs of them washing up using the sink

I go out of my way every day to get my coffee from this McDonald’s because of Sharon, the lovely older lady who works at the drive-through. Her warm smile and kind attitude brighten my mornings more than she probably realizes. It’s amazing how a simple smile and genuine kindness can set the tone for someone’s whole day. Sharon, please keep smiling – you truly make a difference!
