I go through the drive thru multiple times everyday for coffee. The coffee is always perfect!! On Saturday mornings the women who takes both my order at the speaker and my money at the 1st window is absolutely amazing!! She is always very kind, warm and cheerful. On more than 1 occasion I had been having a horrid day, and her kindness, warm smile, & cheerful mood was enough to turn my entire day around. She is always very polite. It is so nice going through a drive thru and have such a positive experience. I believe her name is Jenn, if you want amazing customer service, reasonable priced food and excellent coffee, I highly recommend this McDonald's especially on Saturday mornings.

I don’t know if someone is allergic to pickles so no one is allowed to touch them or what, but why even offer pickles as an option if you’re never going to put them on? THREE TIMES I’ve requested for pickles to be added to a burger or sandwich and I’m always left disappointed. They also often miss other crucial items like straws for milkshakes, etc. Do better.

Not the worst. Not the best. Unfortunately one of the only things I can eat here is consistently messed up (the grilled cheese is never grilled / the buns aren’t toasted before being popped in the microwave 💔) and I can’t eat stuff when it’s not done properly because I have ARFID lol
I always expect something to be off when I order at this location. If one food item is fine another won’t be. Grilled cheese actually grilled, or I get a veg burger and they actually don’t put on the sauce as requested? Well, the drink much better watered down or isn’t the correct drink… 😭 idk I get it when they’re busy but this happens even when it’s quiet. The staff is friendly tho which is cool, I just hate going up and bothering them to fix stuff
I ordered Hotcakes and bacon I received hotcakes no bacon in a mcnuggets box no butter and I couldn't even use the syrup because it would leak out of the bottom. of the Mcnuggets box very poor work ethic and very poor following orders

I’ve had a few disappointing experiences at this location. On my last visit, I ordered Happy Meals for my kids, but the hash browns and toys were missing. When I went back to ask about it, the food had already gone cold. I asked for a replacement, but instead of helping, the staff said the food “wasn’t cold” and handed me a paper about ordering ahead on the app.
The atmosphere in the restaurant didn’t feel very welcoming, and this wasn’t the first issue I’ve had here. On other visits, my chicken burger came with ketchup even though I never asked for it. The drive thru staff also seemed stressed one person serving me was clearly struggling, which slowed everything down. There was one time they gave me a pie as an apology for a mistake, but overall the service has been inconsistent and frustrating.
