Please contact head office every time patrons are harassed, threatened, and touched by drunk, high and manipulative people. Staff watches and did nothing until a complaint lodged and verbal threats. Unacceptable. Not every Barton patron or poor person behaves that way. Stop excusing bad and harassing behaviour.

To start, when I went through the drive thru tonight, they forgot an item on my order. This fact is however DWARFED by the fact that when I called in about it and said I was coming back for it as I live very close not only did they give me the burger they forgot but they made a fresh one and a fresh fry to make up for the inconvenience. To the supervisor on shift who assisted me when I came back into the store, thank you for being the epitome of a customer service star, and I do truly hope the rest of the team sees how you work and adopts the same ethics re: customers.

I ordered burgers, nuggets, fries, and a wrap, expecting a quick and smooth experience since it’s supposed to be fast food. Instead, I waited over 20 minutes for my order, which defeats the whole purpose of coming here. There didn’t seem to be any clear communication about the delay either.
To make things worse, they forgot my sauce and gave me the wrong drink. These are basic details that should be easy to get right, especially after such a long wait. Overall, the service felt disorganized and careless. Definitely not recommending this location based on this

They rush to make their service faster then jt actually is. Multiple times walking inside before even getting food your number is gone off the screen. When u ask about it they will tell u its coming right up. I asked why the number was gone lady said she hit the button to many times. I could belive that only it happened 3 times back to back to back on 3 days in a row. Its clearly something they do to pad their stats. Kinda bad practice but food was as it should be as good as mcds is gonna be.

Honestly no matter how many ppl are in Line 1 or 20 it takes forever to receive your food I have been to the keg which isn't fast food and have received my order faster. Fries always seem double cooked and darker then the normal
