By far, this is the worst location I've ever been to. Not once. Many times. Every time my order is wrong, not fresh and we get parked every time to wait for the simplest item. They do not answer the phone. I know this sounds horrible, but I am just tired of not getting part of my order or throwing it out for how much we pay. They charge for lettuce, tomato, and mayo, but do not take $ off if you ask to remove those items. Will not be back. We can go for a good sit-down meal at Swiss chalet for cheaper.

Kid-friendliness: Some mc Ds have play lands for the kids after or before they eat...

Downtown Hamilton at 10pm .. atmosphere is a word that could be used. Entertaining is another. Good old McDonald's never seems to fail .. food was hot, the order was correct, came out pretty quick (waited on the chicken) .. everything you could want from a night run to McD's. Fries were straight out of the oil, they were crazy hot .. but that's cool, cause it means they're fresh! Great job night crew, considering your obstacles!!

Went in for ice coffee after gage park festival. Very busy. Not clean place. Young adults or teens smoking inside, rowdy crowd. Be aware of the surroundings. Employer did nothing. It's ok quick grab but at that time I would not sit and dine in. I have been there before it was better then.

The homeless people and garbage in the parking lot add a certain atmosphere to the already mediocre food that once tasted better. The uncaring staff that don’t care when they screw up your order (which is almost all the time), brings a feeling of regret for even walking in this place.
How the once great McDonalds corporation has allowed this location to remain open is beyond me. If I were remotely in charge of any management decisions pertaining to locations, or regions, I’d have a rule that if your rating drops below a 3.0 that you should have to close up.
This location is horrible. Bring change for the beggars outside, and lock your car doors, assuming you can find parking.
Parking: No one knows How to park between the lines here. Expect dents in your car.
