Went into this McDonald’s today at 10:40-ish a.m. ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin value meal with an extra hash brown and small coffee. The gentleman who served me was absolutely phenomenal however, when I got home, I noticed I had just a sausage McMuffin no egg.. I’ve called the store numerous times and nobody is answering the phone not a very good look McDonald’s not at all. Mean I paid for it. I should get it and I do have pictures.

While the staff are nice, the operations have all the markings of a penny pinching franchisee, and the customer experience reflects that. High priority for drive thru while walk in has to wait ages for a basic drink and snack. Food gets premade during the lunch rush only to sit for those who come after 2 pm. Fry oil tastes old- and this place makes the whole neighbourhood reek like it. I’ve even had food that’s been refried.

It all feels way below corporate standards. Not really sure why, they have the traffic for a highly profitable operation.

When you cut corners it really reflects on the customer experience.

Worst god awful experience I've had. Food cold when I ordered from Uber, got the wrong food and my drink was a cup of freaking ice. I ordered nuggets and not only did I not get any sauce for any of the 4 packs like thanks for nothing.

I always come to this McDonald’s and they are normally rude but I had this one employee and she was amazing she made my whole order fast and correct and she showed true leadership and care for her job. She was a blond haired girl and I couldn’t get her name but she showed that teens can be great worker.

Once again no ketchup for fries even when asked for in our drive thru order. Staff are nit paying attention to details that matter. Both BigMacs we ordered were so sloppy all the sauce on one side all lettuce on the other.

I’ve been a near-daily customer at this McDonald’s for a long time, and I’ve always enjoyed this location—until today. I placed a breakfast order through the McDonald’s app at 10:45 AM, which is before the 10:50 AM app cutoff and well before the 11 AM breakfast cutoff that restaurants are supposed to honour. My DoorDash driver arrived quickly, well before 11 AM, yet he sat there for 30 minutes only to be told the store “doesn’t have my order.”
This is extremely disappointing. The only item I ordered that wasn’t on the lunch menu was a single hash brown. If that’s unavailable, why not simply replace it with fries? That seems like common sense and would have avoided this entire issue. It’s not rocket science 👎.
Instead, I waited half an hour with no food and now I’m hungry. For a loyal customer, this is truly unacceptable. I really hope management takes this seriously because I’ve always loved this location—but after today, I’m considering going elsewhere. I’m sure there are other franchisees around who would have made it right.

I don't even know where to even begin. I've lived near this McDonald's for almost 6 years. I keep forgetting how terrible it is and going back every few months hoping maybe it was a fluke. 6 years of missing items, wrong items in the bag, poorly made food (undercooked fries, egg shells in breakfast sandwiches, stale breads), and just poor attitude from staff... Not just a fluke.Their daytime/lunch staff is a bit more pleasant and consistent, but the weekend/evening staff are atrocious. I almost always go out of my way to drive to the Barton or Queenston locations. The quality difference is huge for a chain restaurant that trains their staff the same to prepare food. I waited so long to leave a review hoping one day it would improve and its only gotten worse. 0/10
