Mcnuggets were good. Not sure why you ask for spicy mustard and sweet & sour dipping sauces and you only get sweat & sour. Folks, check your bags at the drive thru. Not overly impressed.

This is one of the dirtiest places I’ve been in a long time which concerns me about the kitchen. Was there for 40 minutes with garbage is overflowing garbage coming out of the napkin holders it was pure chaos.

Very first experience ordering food from this location and everything was WILDLY incorrect. Ordered a 10 pc Nugget Meal with Coke, originally wanted Root Beer which they didn’t have. And then had to correct the person twice that I wanted REG. Coke and not Coke Zero. I got Coke Zero anyway….. and a Double Quarter Pounder BLT Meal. Got a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese. No ice in the drinks which isn’t a big deal but I waited in the drive through for 10+ minutes with everyone standing around in view of the window not providing any service to those inside or in the drive through. Genuinely never been more disappointed with a McDonald’s location before. I shouldn’t feel the need to check every single box and container to ensure that my food is correct when I clarify the order and the receipt shows the correctly ordered items. Not even worth going back and waiting another 10 mins for.

Been here now twice and both times the left most drive thru windows has been silly slow. I had enough time to write this review plus 10 minutes. There was nobody in the drive through but me and 3 people went by on the other side. This was at 7pm Tuesday.

Came to the drive through at 6:50 am. Had to go into the store as we were waiting too long outside for food. Every time we come here food is not ready. We always wait. Recently I went in after 26 minutes of waiting outside and got a refund. Never got food. Managers excuse was only 2 ppl there in the morning. Well if you can’t handle the business at that time of day at a FAST FOOD place then you should have more staff. Extremely rude manager and other male employee. Looking at me like why are you inside. I am here because I am not getting food in a reasonable time. That’s why. Get it together.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location and had a few concerns about the food quality. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and didn’t seem to be taking the time to listen to customers or follow instructions. I understand that McDonald’s isn’t what it used to be, but the food quality just isn’t the same anymore. This location has given me a few negative experiences because of the food quality, and I hope they can improve things in the future.
Don’t take your kids here don’t have changing tables for your little ones

The food was good, however, the same can't be said for the drinks. We ordered one coffee, one tea, and two hot chocolates. The coffee, despite being dark roast, did not have much of a flavour, and tasted very bland. The tea, was not even tea. It had a very strong coffee scent, and upon taking a sip, it was confirmed that it was coffee. We went back to the counter to exchange it for a tea, and the staff were very understanding. We were able to change it for tea. As for the hot chocolate, the whole top half of it was cream/milk. The bottom half is where the chocolate was, but we saw that there was very little chocolate that was used to make it. Even though they did add the chocolate in the bottom, despite being very little, it wasn't even mixed. Which was why the whole top half wad only cream.
