Usually I have a decent or really great experience at this Mcdonalds. Being near my home, I am here often, and there are such great people who work here. However, after having issues with my code, the lovely lady on the speaker instructed me to give it again at the window. The girl at the window, Ashat, was so rude when I got to the window, barely interacting, and when I asked to show my code because it wasn’t working at the speaker, she shut the window on me. She eventually took the code and my gift card and was rude for the entire interaction.

Mac Donalds is no longer my favourite place. The servers look tired or bored, no smiles just give me my order without eye contact. The floors are so slippery and dirty it’s disgusting! no one shows any pride. Mac Donalds is no longer on my “Go To”list it makes me sad no management is on top of this.

I’m not gonna lie. There are a lot of mistakes here. I ordered two quarter pounders once and got two burgers. I overpaid and didnt get the food i ordered. Last time I went in I ordered an egg McMuffin. It took a while and the staff was so sweet and apologized and even added fries into my bag.

I’m not sure how many times I have been through the drive thru at this McDonald’s on family night and received the half price happy meals… tonight was not the case. When we arrived to the window and was told it was $30 for 5 happy meals but the screen AT the drive thru showed a total of 12.97 I was utterly confused. Considering we went through the drive through because we had done it many times before… I was appalled. Then the manager came over and said we had to go inside? But she would give us the half price.. when in actuality she took 4$ off and made the total 26.
Save your time on Fridays and go to the McDonald’s by the mall, who also offers the same promotion…through their drive thru.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. And I’ve worked in customer service for 19years. That is NOT how this should have been handled.
