Toronto Pho HAMILTON Reviews
Been here 2 times since it opened. Menu is very big with lots of great options. Everything I tired was absolutely amazing. Also the drink options are endless. Definitely will be back. Small issues with communication but that's minor.
TLDR: Bad food, poor ordering system with phone asking for too much info and no confirmation, and staff who swear at you in Vietnamese with no follow up from complaints made on social and website. Even if it’s late, you’re better off going hungry.
As a Canadian born Vietnamese I’ve been to quite a lot of pho places over my life and sadly this one not only has bad service but the food is sub par and you should not judge Vietnamese food by what is being sold here. I...read full review
We love the Jane and Wilson location. Have been eating there for years! The service and the food is amazing! Also the smoothies and iced coffees can’t be beat ♥️

Toronto Pho HAMILTON is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food and friendly staff. The well-done beef pho is a must-try, and other menu items like shrimp pad Thai, spring rolls, and fried rice are highly recommended. The restaurant offers wheelchair accessibility and plenty of parking. They also serve Thai coffee and bubble tea and are open later than other spots. Both dine-in and takeout options are available.
Customers praise the tasty sauce, generous portion sizes, and the great taste of the pho broth and pad Thai. The shrimp pad Thai is often called the best ever, with some customers regularly ordering it and recommending others to try it. The spring rolls and vermicelli bowls are also fresh and well prepared, with prices considered very reasonable for the quality and size of the meals. The restaurant is a reliable spot for a great meal every time and a go-to place for pho in Hamilton.
While most experiences are positive, some reviews mention moments when service was rushed or the server seemed distracted, with the menu being slammed on the table and food served without much interaction. Despite occasional service issues, the food remains excellent, and the atmosphere is generally clean and welcoming. The restaurant’s wide variety of options and tasty drinks, including bubble tea with coffee jelly, make it a popular choice for both dine-in and takeout.
