Toronto Pho HAMILTON

Seats were empty, so we waited to be seated. The servers didn't acknowledge or told us to give them a few minutes to seat us, waited for 5mins and then left. Bad service.

I ordered a portion of rice and pork chop, everything comes in clean and perfectly packaged. Food looks great until I saw how much sauce was given for my order. It was dry and bland without the fish sauce. I was going to add 3 more dollars to my order just for the extra fish sauce but luckily I didn’t cause I wouldn’t want to receive 3 more sauce container that looks like this.

Good pho. cool plates for the pho that have the sauce plate and side plate all in one. utensils come to the tabled dipped in hot water, very nice

Absolutely horrible place to go. Bad food and even worse service. Stale food and hard noodles! DO NOT GO HERE!

I went there with my wife and a son. We order soup the noodles was not cooked. I was stuck in my teeth and the rice was very oily and I told them they cannot eat this and they say, oh, i'm sorry you still have to pay and they call the police for us the people are very mean and bed and slow

I ordered a rare beef pho for pick up, asked dude who barely speaks english for a fork he charged me 30 cents. 30 cents for something thats suppose to come with take outs. Anyways lost a client.

It's 2025 guys start accepting credit cards you are in the food business not some shady convenience store.

I had an awful experience yesterday. I spent 60.00 and it all went to the garbage except the brown sugar bubble tea. The pad Thai with chicken and shrimp tasted stale and no sauce at all the fresh rolls I ordered tasted awful and the pork in them tasted expired and the shrimp wontons tasted like they were over cooked. I had to leave and go get Wendy's instead of eating this 60.00 meal I bought! This is not acceptable and the staff in there should be aware that the food is not good or fresh at all and if like to speak to a manager or whoever owns this establishment because I definitely won't be back but deserve getting my money back.

Been here 2 times since it opened. Menu is very big with lots of great options. Everything I tired was absolutely amazing. Also the drink options are endless. Definitely will be back. Small issues with communication but that's minor.

The food was terrible I ordered rare beef and the noddles were so overcooked they kept breaking up making the meal unappetizing, the stick was no clear but cloudy for whatever reason. Overall taste was not good. They did not provide the appropriate accompanying side of veggies for the bum bo hue which also did not have a good taste.
The packaging for the deep fried wonton is too large for the contents making it feel like you been cheated. Do not recommend this place.

Last weekend, I visited Toronto Pho and was pleasantly surprised by the great deal I found on Uber Eats—buy one, get one free on bubble tea! I tried the original bubble tea with coffee jelly, and both were very tasty and affordable. I highly recommend checking it out if you're a bubble tea fan.

Despite being one of the few customers on a Monday night, we waited an unreasonably long time for our simple order of two rare beef broth items.

While other guests who arrived after us were served promptly, we were left waiting for over 30 minutes without any updates or apologies from the staff.

Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I would advise others to proceed with caution when considering this establishment.

Came here on a Monday night with only one table occupied by two customers so we thought service would be quick and painless. Ordered through the QR code and waited 30 minutes before deciding to leave and go somewhere else. There were at least 10 people who walked in through the door while we waited and they left with their food right away. Mind you, we only ordered two beef broth items with rare beef. Rare beef! I don't understand why it took 30 minutes. The servers didn't even bother to check in or let us know how long it would take. I wish I heeded the bad star reviews and stayed away from this place.
