Toronto Pho HAMILTON

I got an order on uber eats it was about $90 for 3 items and I got the house special pho, but only got 5 slices of rare beef and some tripe. Mind you this itself was $25 before tax. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

I ordered the grillled chicken with rice the chicken was slimed and raw I gave it to them and the guy who cooked it denied that it was raw. I don’t recommend this spot if you like your food cooked 😂

Honestly one of the most poorly managed restaurants I’ve dealt with. They constantly waste people’s time — especially delivery drivers. Orders are never ready on time, and drivers end up waiting far too long just to pick up something that should have been prepared already. It shows a complete lack of respect for both customers and the drivers trying to do their job. They really need to fix their process because this is unacceptable.

Ordered the well done beef. Was ok. Bit greasy toward bottom of bowl somehow. The service team didn't really pay attention, had to wave for them to ask for things. Probably was ok. But what really got me was the greasy floors by the washroom, also walls and back door was very dirty. That made the experience not so pleasant. Won't go back sorry.

The best in Hamilton!

We've been long standing customers. The pad Thai is the best I've ever tasted. I have sent countless customers here to try the pad Thai. Today, I bought pad Thai as usual. The noodles were dry. The chicken was overcooked and very dry. It just wasn't what I expected. I give 4 stars because they aren't perfect, but they are close. I might not be back for pad Thai though... I used to pay $11 for it. Now it is $19 and there's no guarantee that it'll be good.

I am a professional pho eater don’t get pho here it sucks the broth tastes like dish water not satisfied and they only gave me one shrimp

Do not get the pad thai. Very sweet,chicken EXTREMELY dry. Worst I have had. It was not edible at all.

I have also tried their wonton soup, and it was fantastic,super disappointed with the pad thai.

We always eat here nut unfortunately today the server seem to be not in the mood . The menu was slammed on the table and it was almost on the edge of the table . We were asked whats our order rt away . It used to be they gonna give you some water /hot tea . I looked at he face of the server and even asked are you ok ? Coz it seems she was rushing or is undergoing some personal problem or so . Theres only one table with customer s eating . I asked my son if im the only one who noticed it but he said same thing . So , i dont know whats goin on . And when the food was served too , it was just placed on the table without even asking who gets this and that .it was the other girl who served it . Iunderstand she waa not the one who took the order but at least ask who gets which of which . Food is great as always .

This is hands down the worst Pad Thai i have ever had..... I travel for business and eat Pad Thai all over North America..... this is easily the worst..... noodles with little to no flavor and nothing else added.....trust me ...... order ANYWHERE else

I came to this restaurant yesterday evening around 7:30 pm and had one of the worst dining experiences. From the moment we arrived, service was terrible. We had to wait a long time just to get the server’s attention to place our order, even though the restaurant was empty and we were the only customers.

My friends eventually got their food, but I was left waiting over 30 minutes with no sign of my order. No one came by to check on us or even acknowledge that my meal was missing. When I finally brought it up, the staff was rude and unapologetic.

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a restaurant. I won’t be coming back and definitely do not recommend this place.
