Ordered a “mocha” at Mikel (Westdale, Hamilton) and received what tasted like drip coffee with a squirt of chocolate syrup playing dress-up. Nearly $7 for something I couldn’t finish—I actually threw it out. If you’re craving nostalgia for school cafeteria hot cocoa… in coffee form… this is your moment. Otherwise, hard pass.

Way too expensive. I got an iced coffee with oat milk and a bagel with cream cheese - why was it almost $14 ?? The bagels are not fresh, small, and I’m fairly certain they’re just your cheap grocery store brand.
Love the $8 oxygen lattes. Don't forget to ask for a drop of latte with your oxygen.

Went for a light breakfast and had the best orange juice of my life! Mohammed took our order and was super friendly, and the regulars were happy to chat with us. The croissant was freshly made and very flaky, and there were tons of options for coffee and cakes. We will be going again!

Probably the better cafe option in Westdale, with great drink choices, but just a bit pricey (no more than the alternatives in Westdale). Can be busy at times, but the corner location is nice to sit and enjoy Westdale from.
