I have been coming to this location for years and I have to say the owner and food is nothing short of amazing. Food is always tasty, and service is excellent.

I decided I would finally check out Mike’s subs, but I mistakenly went to Mike’s Submarines, which is not affiliated to the Hamilton original.
I ordered a turkey sub and an Italian sausage sub, and honestly, it was nothing special. The place didn’t seem very sanitary. The sausage was heated in a microwave, and the tomato sauce came from a jar that didn’t look very clean.
Later that night, I woke up not feeling well. The online ratings seemed decent, but based on my experience, i don’t think I’ll go back.

The owner is incredibly friendly and the service is fabulous. The ingredients are super fresh and top notch. The hot sauce is the best in the city. The prices are also really good.

Subs were served with thick cut, less than ideal meats, a sprinkle of toppings that were only put on half of the sub, and on top of that it was made incorrectly. Weird owner, overpriced. Go ANYWHERE else in the city.

Fella behind the counter kept scratching his crotch and sniffing his fingers while making my sandwich. Pretty good sub tho.
live so close to this place but never tried. Was recommended to me by my brother and cant stop going back. its great! the prices are so good and the subs are delicious! There are so many options. My new favourite sub spot.

Hero sub that would barely classify as a mix. What a joke, 15 bucks is roadside robbery for what I was offered. Get your shizz together or get out of the business. Sad excuse for a sub shop

I moved out of the neighbourhood during COVID, and just recently moved back. I was pleased to walk in and see the same face behind the counter, and the sub was every bit as good as I remember from my previous weekly visits. Happy to be back.

I typically will order subs from Subway even though it’s not my favourite then I remembered my brother saying how good Mikes is and he was right! Best sub in the city, u won’t be disappointed. The bread, cold cuts and condiments all fresh! Unlike competitors Thanks Mike!
