Was in for a sub yesterday. Was served by a young guy with a beard. First and foremost the sub was fantastic. Ingredients were fresh (tomatoes were ripe and fantastic ) bread fresh , good quantity of ingredients, great service . Best of all , the price reflected what a sub used to cost
Don't live in the area anymore so miss this location will definitely be back again when I'm around

The subs here are ok, the Fennell and Ottawa St locations make the best in my experience. The reason for my review is to express my opinion on how rude and ignorant the old guy working here is (husband of the owner) EVERY time I’ve even been here I watch him be a complete goof to people, I’m amazed they still have people come into this place.

Best subs I've ever had. Since moving to Hamilton I have been going 2-3 times a week. Can't stop, won't stop. Other locations aren't nearly as good, Upper Gage is where the good stuff is at!
Went to a small place Called Mike's Submarines and and got a BIG surprise. This is their "Hero" sub it stated pretty much 2 mixed subs in one. They weren't lying and only like 11 bucks total Great price on regular subs too been here 2 days in a row. Only 4 star on the one for no washroom :( Check them out

My fav sub shop in Hamilton.Fresh and delicious subs.Extremely reasonable prices. You cannot beat their prices. You do have to pay extra for additional toppings, but you still pay less than other sub shops.Good staff and owners.

I’ve been going here since I was in high school and now I get to enjoy it with my kids. We love mikes subs.Only complaint is the hours are not consistent. Posted on the shop hours and online hours are never accurate. I’ve went just after 6pm during the week and they have been closed and on the weekends they’ve been closed even earlier.
