How disappointing…. This is a Monforts impersonator. The monfort chicken isn’t even grilled with pineapple, they just tossed canned pineapple on top. I ordered/paid ahead of time or I would have never accepted the food otherwise. When I arrived, food wasn’t ready, in fact they hadn’t even checked the order. 0/10

My experience here was so good. I recommend to anyone. The staff were very friendly, fast, and welcoming. This place is very clean and you can tell they take pride in hygiene. Overall I 100% recommend this place to anyone especially those trying to find something new to try.

Atmosphere is the same... Food court but this place must have changed owners. I ate the schwarma salad for over a decade and just got it today and it's terrible. No more curried onions and the chicken on the salad is not schwarma anymore but rather plane cubes on unspiced chicken that taste like cold fish. The server doesn't speak English so it's impossible to communicate how you would like your salad. Terrible and very disappointing. Not at all what this place used to be like.

I loved their service so much. Being a vegetarian its tough to find good food options here but their greek salad fulfilled everything one looks for. Amazing taste and good portion. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely a must try restaurant!

I WENT TO ORDER A CHICKEN SHAWARMA WRAP, THE INDIAN GUY MADE A WRAP WITH THE BURNT CRUMBLED ENDS FRM A DISH . I SAW HIM TOSSING ON THE GRILL PAN FRESH CHICKEN AND IN ANOTHER DISH COVERED WAS FULL OF FRESH CHICKEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT WHY HE GAVE ME BURNT CRUMBS WHICH HAD NO PIECES OF CHICKEN AT ALL . THE INIDAN GUY ARRONGANTLY TELLS ME TO LEAVE . I TOLD HIM THAT I CERTAINLY AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR BURNT CRUMBS. I THEN SAW HIM SERVE ANOTHER CUSTOMER HOWEVER THIS TIME THE CUSTOMER WAS A WHITE PERSON HE IMMEDIATELY WENT AND SERVED THE CUSTOMER FROM THE FRESH CHICKEN THAT WAS MADE. IN ADDITION THERE WAS ZERO HYGIENE, HE WAS USING A CLEANING CLOTH TO WIPE HIS EQUIPMENT AND THEN WITH THE SAME UNWASHED HANDS GOES AHEAD TO PREPARE CUSTOMERS FOOD. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY IS RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION SO BOLD IN A PLACE WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE UNBIASED AND TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME. THE EMPLOYEES OF THAT STORE SEEM TO TREAT CUSTOMERS OF THE SAME COLOR AS THEM LIKE GARBAGE WHILE THEY ARE TRYING VERY HARD TO IMPRESS AND SUCK UP TO PEOPLE WHO ARE OF CAUCASIAN DECENT WHICH WAS VERY EVIDENT.
SO I FEEL THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE SEEMS TO EMPLOY , EMPLOYEES WHO EXCEL IN DISCRIMINATION, UNSAFE HANDLING OF FOOD AND RUDE BEHAVIOR!!!!
I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR THIS BUSINESS!!

The Gateway is open til 9pm. I visited around the 7 o'clock mark. The man who served me ....he put my Gyro wrap on the grill....in the WRAPPER. I think so he wouldn't have to clean the grill again?!? It was awful.
The wrap didn't get hot enough, at all.
Also, got the salad with the chicken on-top. He only put in like 3 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes.
This was very little value for my money.
The gateway is great because there's lots of options....
I do not recommend this to be your option, sadly.
The Montfort at the center mall food pavilion is a trillion times better than this horrible food and lazy service. Do not waste your money folks. 😭💰 😭 💰

Got the Shawarma fries here, because of the constructions on Hwy 50 and South Service road, so it was more convenient. Next time I will inconvenience myself and go somewhere else, as this was not good at all. Struggling to finish it

The lady serving me was so friendly and answered all of my questions clearly and kindly. The food was delicious and a perfect portion. Lots of options for different dietary needs. Overall a great experience.

Dietary restrictions: I can’t have gluten or dairy and the lady patiently helped me find something that I could eat. And the garlic sauce is dairy free which was really nice.
