I had mine with fries and my friend opted for onion rings. The strawberry milkshake is dreamy, and the ice cream was wonderful. The artwork was also a fun conversation starter. I hope to return to try the other menu items.

First time. Great customer service. Was clean and felt upscale for a burger place. Burger was great. Got the mountain classic and added jalapenos. Toppings were all fresh and tasted great. Only negative for me on the burger was the mountain sauce. I was expecting the usual thousand Island type burger sauce, but mountain sauce seemed to have a bit of horseradish. If you like horseradish I am sure the sauce would be amazing, but it's just not my thing. Next time I would likely just get ketchup and mayo instead and it would be perfect for me. The fries were decent. Sort of reminded me of Harvey's. Bit of skin on, definitely frozen, but cooked well. I got the cheese fries and it wasn't my favorite cheese sauce either, but it was hot, and plentiful. They have a lot of options for fry toppings so I am sure there are options I would like more. All in all, it was a great meal, I will definitely go back.

I visited Mountain Burger due to the virality I saw online and it did not disappoint! The burger was fresh and juicy. The pineapple added a nice sweetness to the Hawaiian Burger and the sauce was tasty. Chips seemed like real potatoes and were salted well. Service was friendly and fast. The toilets were a bit dirty, but after asking the worker to clean it, it was fine. Lots of parking nearby.

Best burgers on the Hamilton mountain without a doubt. The portions are huge, everything is cooked and seasoned perfectly, and very reasonably priced.
God i'd give this hidden gem 100B stars if I could. The food man, that truffle double double burger I ordered blew me away. Hands down from the bottom of my heart it was the best burger I EVER had in my entire life and I don't even like Burgers that much. The poutine was good too and I'm stingy with poutine. Those carrot cakes were really tasty too so I ordered two. The staff were amazing to talk to and very polite and helpful and they made the atmosphere even better. It was my first time visiting this place so I was skeptical but now I feel like fool after eating there. Hamilton doesn't deserve this blessing. Only thing I'd change about this restaurant is the pricing it's quite expensive and I'd definitely go more frequently if they cut the costs down a bit.

Amazing food. Ordered for a group of 20 and everyone enjoyed their sandwiches! The fries and poutine were great. Ordered on the phone and they were very understanding and friendly.
Ahh I love this place, Mountain Burger is such a hidden gem it's in such a convenient location and very close to my house so it makes it a lovely spot to grab a bite to eat. I don't eat hamburgers myself but my girlfriend adores their burgers and said its the best shes had. Even their non beef options like chicken tenders are so crispy and fresh. Every single staff member there goes so above and beyond. I've never been to a place with such good customer service i'd honestly eat here everyday if i could.
