Good food, service was kind. Ordered some burgers, the line was a bit long and it took time to process. None of these things were an issue (tasty food options!). The biggest issue, the music. It's elevator music. Unless you're looking to weed people out from staying in the space, the music is far from welcoming. I don't know how many times I heard instrumental versions of 'the girl from ipanema'. Change it up.

I really didn’t want to write a bad review but here I am. I walked into this place around 9:17 on Sunday. I understand this place closes at 10 and we had no intention on staying until then anyways. I went in with two of my siblings and we got 3 burgers in total, 2 chicken and one was the classic. The lady there tells us we have 15 minutes go eat and we said okay no problem.The food comes, my siblings eat their burgers and I take a bite into mine and notice a fly dead on the bottom of my burger and another one on the side of the burger. I couldn’t say anything directly because one of my siblings struggles with OCD and will stop eating the food if i say something. I continued to eat around mine and didn’t say anything and asked the kids to go to the car. After they left, i let the lady know that there was a dead fly on my burger, not demanding a refund or anything, and she says “okay”. I said I am assuming you mean I am sorry? She says “yeah, okay”.Anyways, once again my intention was not to write a bad review. My siblings liked the food, the place looks nice. The service is awful and ruined our night. I was also not looking for a refund, just a decent acknowledgment as I only heard good things about this place and decided to try it for the first time.Now I understand that she probably doesn’t own the place and it hurts the business’ reputation by posting something like this but I think the staff should be a little more considerate when it comes to dealing with customers and its a shame losing customers over something so small.Dietary restrictions: Halal foodParking: Large plaza with lots of parking

I don't normally stop for lunch when driving my route...I usually eat on the fly. While in Hamilton, I saw a billboard for Mountain Burger. Something told me this was a good place (I think it was the fresh cut fries).I ordered the cheeseburger combo (with fries and drink). The cheeseburger was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. Fresh ground beef in house. Very juicy. The house sauce made the burger taste over-the-top. Fries were awesome...no ketchup required.I highly recommend Mountain Burger if you're in or near Hamilton. Or make a trip. It'll be worth it. Oh yes, it is halal for my Muslim friends.A little more $$ than McD's but miles ahead in taste and quality.#supportsmallbusinesses
