Moxies Hamilton Restaurant

it was mine and my girlfriends first time at a moxies restaurant. We had delicious food, it was a great atmosphere and music, and also had a great server named Ryan. One thing that I noticed was that he came to check on us multiple times to make sure everything was ok with our food, in which is not done at many other places. It showed that he cared about our experience and made it very pleasurable. His customer service was number 1.

Went for dinner last night. Lara was our server and she gave amazing service. She recommended a lot of great items on the menu. I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was super yummy! Great recommendations on wine as well. Definitely will be coming back on a Wednesday for half price bottles! Atmosphere was great and food came out quickly. Will be back soon!

UPDATE: We ordered moxies for delivery via skip this evening and it's the best restaurant we've ever ordered delivery from. We got the truffle parm fries with garlic aioli and the ribeye with mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal veggies (onion, brussel sprouts, squash this time) to split and wowwww ? we ordered the steak blue so it would be rare by the time it arrived and it was a perfect rare, absolutely delicious. The truffle parm fries were even better than last time we tried them, they travelled so well because of how they're packaged. EVERYTHING was still very warm when it arrived which never happens with other places these days. I'm very impressed with the care that was put into everything. It's our 15th anniversary tomorrow and wanted a good meal tonight and that's exactly what we got. Thank you so much!! We'll be ordering again before long :)

My husband and I went to Moxies with the brother and sister in law on Sunday evening and really enjoyed most of the food! The service was great also, our server was very kind and helpful and was just the right amount of attentive without being annoying. I recommend trying the parmesan truffle fries, they're incredible for something so simple (the dill on it was PERFECT). The 7oz sirloin was delicious, steak can be hit or miss and Moxies absolutely nailed the steak dinner. The prawn Thai curry laksa I'm told was delicious if you enjoy curry and seafood together, which my husband really does so he was on cloud 9 eating that. The tiny Tuna tacos were a huge hit for BIL/SIL who ordered them, as well as the Cashew chicken Lettuce wraps, both dishes were gobbled up and they wished there was a lil more (especially the tuna tacos!). The tuna poke bowl was a miss though, it was bland as it didn't seem to have any sauce or dressing on it and there wasn't very much of the cauliflower rice. Everything else was amazing though! We'll be back sometime for sure, I can tell you that much right now lol

Vegetarian options: There's a vegetarian/plant based section in the menu and the options seem pretty tasty. Black bean tacos, roasted tomatoes and Whipped feta with bread, beyond meat burger, tofu Lettuce wraps, vegetarian power bowl (with marinated tofu), and then fries and sweet potato fries

Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed in the dining room with a kids menu available on request, the lounge is 19+ only. The restaurant itself is more upscale and mature than a young child friendly space, I don't believe there are placemats with crayons for them to colour so keep this in mind if you plan to dine there. Please don't take young children and allow them to run around unsupervised or anything, that'll ruin everyone's night lol
