Woman was rude to my wife. Ignored basic kitchen hygiene. Wife had an allergy and the woman working told her that even though the spatula had touched what shes allergic to, it won't transfer over.
She was rude to my wife an told her to just eat at home if she has allergies while my wife was about to spend 30 plus dollars on what is essentially a container full of rice with a tiny thin layer of meat and sauce on top.
I couldn't recommend this place less. Its an absolute joke of a business.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tried Mr. Shawarma for the first time and it was amazing! I had the chicken shawarma wrap which was very big and filling and chicken fries—both were full of flavour, fresh, and super satisfying. The garlic sauce hit just right, and the portions were generous too. Zakia was really friendly and welcoming. Definitely a new go-to spot for me!

I’m so upset i pre ordered my food she told me to come 10 to 15 minutes i called at 10:15 i came there at 10:32 and she told me she didn’t make my food or that she gave it away cause I’m late. I’ve been a loyal customer to Mr.shawarma for years now I’m turned off and will probably not support because I had some where to go straight after and I couldn’t wait and it was a waste of time. I’m so upset. I think she forgot to make my food and made up that I was late cause 2 mins behind is nothing.

The woman who’s taken every one of my orders is absolutely fantastic. She’s kind, quick, and a genuine delight to speak with.
As for the food? The lamb here is hands down the best lamb I’ve ever had out. Perfectly seasoned, tender, and flavorful, consistently.
I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s not just good. It’s reliable, friendly, and stands out in a city packed with competition.
Oh, and their fries, their fries are only rivaled by Costco fries, and I love Costco fries :)

Ordered chicken shawarma rice with pita.
The rice tasted great but the chicken was very watery. The garlic sauce did not have a ton of flavor and the hot sauce was not hot at all.
I have eaten the wraps from here before and they are a much better option.
Straight bussing every time!!! Not my favourite type of hot sauce but still delicious.
