Went there at 10am and asked for a pretzel. Girl said it would be ready in an hour as she hadn’t prepared anything. If you say you’re open at 10am then be ready to serve customers. No one is waiting an hour. Will not return.

Pretzels are okay when fresh. The prices have really gone up. Not really worth the price. Very cheap on the butter and salt. The staff are mostly unfriendly.

When ordering tonight, the employee was on her phone texting the whole time while i was ordering and paying. my pretzel was fresh and hot however my friends pretzel was hard and crunchy and not warm. quite disappointed in the service here tonight.

Terrible service!!!! I was gifted a gift card and when I tried to use it they said they don't accept gift cards. Why does your company sell gift cards that you will not accept.

My boyfriend and I ordered a total of 3 different pretzels today. The one he chosen was the only one frozen cold almost. He noticed and mentioned to the lady it was sitting in the “heating” or “waiting to be served” part of the counter where the containers of cheese is. She still didn’t listen to even warm it up, or even make a new one as she did for the other two. Personally there was two that was the “salty” flavours and his being one of them, and the third being a sweet one where I asked for the toppings to be put on the side. So truly, if the sweet one was cold slightly I would’ve understood and wouldn’t leave a bad review. However, it being a salty pretzel with all flavours on top - she was making new pretzels from what we were seeing too and just how she seemed uninterested to even be there.. I give it 1 star as you can’t do 0.

Was standing in line and wasnt even greeted, the worker was just staring at me so I asked if I could order. After I ordered nothing was said and he walked away (just left the food court area) not saying anything. I proceeded to wait over 15 mins for 1 thing of pretzel bites and no word about the wait time when I ordered. If I knew it was that long I wouldn’t have payed.

Told to wait 15 minutes for a pretzel at around 2:30 in the afternoon. Don’t open your store if you aren’t ready to serve people. I don’t normally make bad reviews but I have also had this happen to me twice before here. Please do better, I love your pretzels, don’t wanna not like you.

Why you open the place at 10 if the pretzels aren’t even ready for 45 minutes to an hour later very Disappointed as that makes no sense if the pretzels save 45 minutes to an hour to pay why wouldn’t you have someone come in at nine to start so you can serve food at 10 when you open?

The lady who works here is bitter and rude. She was also on the phone talking to her friends the entire time instead of attending to customers and she took 20 minutes to make ONE PRETZEL for me, despite the fact that it was not at all busy . If I could rate zero stars, I would .
