I've had Mr. Puffs before and enjoyed it, but this batch was clearly not prepared correctly. I had to throw all 50 puffs away. I hope management can look into their frying process and quality control, as this was a waste of money and a very disappointing experience.

Ordered a dozen of the Dubai chocolate and the hazelnut chocolate and I really don’t know what to say ! They are so delicious and warm and they are made fresh and the people are so nice here and the price is amazing… but seriously they are so good 😊

The customer service was friendly and fast, and the overall vibe of the place makes it a fun spot to grab a quick treat with friends. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving something sweet!

The wait time was terrible. The only staff member working seemed very young—he was polite and doing his best, but it wasn’t his fault that he had to serve more than 10 customers at once. And if you’re wondering, this happened tonight 13/11 at 8 PM.

Worst Mr. Puffs location out there. Used to come here quite often when I first moved to the area. However, a couple of the younger student staff members are extremely rude and don’t know how to prepare orders in a timely manner. It’s one of the simplest foods to prepare and 90% of the time, orders aren’t ready for pickup for Skip/Uber orders and I’ve waited 15 minutes on multiple occasions while being treated rudely and given incorrect time frames on how long it’ll take. Have declined every single order from here ever since & even though I love the donuts will never come back to eat here as I prefer spending my money at places that’ll treat you with respect. Don’t recommend this place at all for online or dine in experience.
