I went in to get a sub , the Iady was friendly she didn’t say hi how are you doing but she had a friendly tone.. I asked to use the bathroom and she put the washroom key on the tray you use to eat the key is as long as a foot long .. … she didn’t give any tissues with food and did not melt the cheese or toast the cheese.

i have written a review before, when there was a very little selection of bread, all the times i went, owner said to go on facebook, tried and couldn't, but have been back, and things have changed. I want to give a shout out to the owner of the hiring of Deep, always smiles, Happy, and tries his best to make it a pleasant experience, i am going to ask him if you passed this on. Have friends in the business, you don't, ill have one of them steal him, he is great!!! KEEP HIM HAPPY, he does well for you, Santa!! ill ask him if Santa gave him a great review

Place has gone down hill recently. Much less generous on the toppings. Not all types of bread are available usually. Customer service has become worse. Disappointing as it has been my go to sub shop.

Been here a lot, but to many times, like today, no whole wheat bread, or multigrain, said she, hasn't baked it yet, its 4.36pm, also no Dijon mustard, and little pieces of tomato, been there 1.00pm in the days past, same thing, There's a help wanted sign on the door...THEY NEED IT!! i would give a higher score, but??? maybe go to Parkdale, where I've been before, and no issues, or start looking for a new sub place, there everywhere, guess start looking on Google, for reviews, and not have to make a bit of a drive always, and always be disappointed, SORRY MR. SUB

Please add more toppings. I asked for olives and the server counted 4 and placed them in the sub. It was the same for all of the other toppings.
