Updated: HO reached out to investigate and confirmed nobody else got sick that day. We understand that while it made him sick, it clearly was just an issue with him. They sent us points for the issue and we have since ordered and everything was good. We appreciate the exceptional service.
My husband ordered a Turkey sub here yesterday, having never been at this location before. He ate about 2/3 of the sub (he cut the rest off for me) and within a half hour he became violently sick to his stomach. I chose not to eat the other portion for obvious reasons. Once it was all out of his system however, he was perfectly fine. We cant help but believe something was off with his meal and caused this reaction, particularly as he was fine afterwards and for the rest of the day.

My search for the best sub sandwich ended here at Mr. Sub near to our home and the best staff wearing a best Attitude needless to say about the taste as it’s awesome as always. Where ever u go in this culinary world Mr. sub’s taste hygiene and quality remains same and unchanged . Thanks Mr. Sub.

Got the Barbcoa sub. 3 ingredients took 5 minutes because the staff was too busy walking around and talking eachother. I swear they went out of their way to not put 3 things in a bun and acted like I didn't existed. The sub? Horrible paying 13 bucks for something that just tasted like bread and hot ranch. And they served me expired milk... That expired a week ago.
Edit: forgot to mention the 5 minutes is when they placed the bread on the table and mangled it with a knife. Cut on an angle. So the wait time didn't include me waiting for other people in line with the same experience.

The Indian lady in the drive thru was very rude. Didn't clarify what's in kids meal so when I paid, I ended up paying for a full adult combo. I told her she should've mention it to me while I'm ordering but she was very rude and said "well I can't cancel this anymore!" And slammed the window. Your staff can do better. Not coming back, your customer service is garbage

Staff here have always been nice to me. Not sure about the new owner based on other people’s reviews - I have not had a bad experience with them.
We come here at least 1-2 times a month and never had any issues with staff or the food!

It's the customer service this establishment lacks . You dont get what you pay for they cheap out on everything they dont make your sub the way it should to be. they act like its coming out of their paycheck even when you offer to pay extra. These staff need to be re-trained. This is my last time here.
It's ok, not the best Mr. Sub I've ever been to. The order was accurate but barely heated up, the bread was a touch warm but everything else was dead cold.

Went in for lunch ordered a large pizza subWhen it came time to pay they charged us for extra large cheese because we added lettuce on our pizza so they were trying to tell us it was now a different sub because of lettuce on the pizza sub they wanted $2.39 extra this is absolutely wrong as a sub should come with all toppings no sign indicating the up chargeI left the sub and walked out. They can have their sub. This is wrong on Mr subs get this fixed or I will never be a customer again.
