Went in last week for lunch because I got the email about the BOGO Barbacoa subs. Tried to order it on the app and online, but couldn’t even get the sub, only the wrap. Figured that was fine, I would order the deal and then ask the guys if they can put it on a sub instead of a wrap since I would be there before they even got the online order to make. Went to check out for the deal and it was charging me for the price of 2 subs. Weird, but again, figured maybe I was doing something...read full review
went to Mr sub yesterday on king street east in Hamilton to get a chicken wrap that is $5.29 plus tax. he charged me for what a chicken sub is over $8.l told him its $5.29 for the chicken wrap on wednesdays, he said l don't know,and you want $15 hr? .you can't even do your job.bad enough he only put a couple of pieces of chicken in my wrap. you go to arby's and get chicken gyros with lots of meat. never coming here ever again
IT WAS VERY GREAT LIKE IT AIWAYS IS AND I GIVE MR Subs a one hundred percent and to Mike at night saver for being nice like he always is

Mr. Sub offers affordable and tasty subs in a clean environment with background music. Despite some issues with orders, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Located in a rough area, the food is considered overpriced and mediocre. The consistency with other Mr. Sub locations keeps customers coming back, even with some operational hiccups.
