The staff (old guy) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — the environment was unpleasant, and it honestly doesn’t deserve your business. Avoid if you value basic courtesy and cleanliness.

I ordered a super sub. After a few bites I realized something was wrong. I looked at the bread and it had blue mold all over it. I was sick to my stomach. I got a refund from skip the dishes but this place should be shut down. If they are providing moldy sub buns I wonder how fresh their meats and vegetables are they can hide between the bun. I will never order Mr. Submarine again.

Do not o order out because this store doesn't care about your order because they know by the time you get it you can't return it and they give you stale bread and if you order salad they just give you the cut offs of tomatoes

I placed an order through the MR. SUB app for a coupon deal. When I got to the restaurant I was told they didn't have the ingredient needed to make the sub. The girl behind the counter had to wait until I got there to talk to me and make my order. There were a lot of customers ordering in the restaurant at the same time and she did an awesome job serving all of them while talking with me to make sure I got what I wanted.

The app should not let you place orders at franchises that don't even carry the right ingredients. It's completely unfair to the people who work there, it forces them into these awkward situations that they don't get paid enough to deal with.

Discusting! The food coming out of this place is terrible Mr. Sub the franchise should shut them down! Skin off the bottom of the tomatoes, not one tomatoes slice, almost no lettuce. Chicken was not even warmed. Too bad I can't post the photos! They should be ashamed.

Sub was good but the lady making it was talking on on her AirPods to somebody on her cell phone and constantly asked me questions I answered multiple times because she was more concerned with her phone call than the customer in front of her. At least get off the phone while you serve someone

EDIT- They made it right. First rate customer service. They fired her and gave me loads of food

From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and treated my group differently from others. A staff member even made an offensive comment, which felt discriminatory. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service.
