Be careful, if you ask for a six inch they will give you a foot long. This has happened several times here. Food is decent other than the exorbitant prices.

I ordered 3 sandwiches through Skip the Dishes. All 3 requested sub sauce, with one asking for extra sauce on the side. All 3 arrived without any sauce on them.

Good thing it has the same food as every other Mr Sub or I wouldn’t go back. They will be on the phone the entire time you are trying to give them your order so they aren’t paying attention and will be making something you didn’t ask for. You feel like you are interrupting them every time you go into this store as they are always speaking some other language on an earpiece and give you a dirty look when you walk in. Not welcoming or friendly at all.

Pretty "rough" area of the city, but not just that.. The food was meh.... Over pricedI can understand why there are so little of these franchises around anymore.Atleast the staff are friendly and knowledgeable... ?

The sub I had was gross. I ordered a 6-inch assorted on white. Took 2 bites and told the guy the bun is stale, his response was I just made it this morning. Needless to say I threw it out and left. I definitely won't be returning

Rating of -0. Got 3 subs here last night, wasn't hungry so ate the pizza sub and put the other 2 in the fridge still in the packaging from the store. Couple of hours later we were hungry so pulled out the other subs and they were disgusting they actual had fruit flies on the bread, some of them dead and some still living. Threw them out without thinking about taking pictures and store was already closed. Then started getting diarrhea and throwing up all night. It really is a hit and miss with this place but I would avoid getting anything from here.

If I could give it negative I would. We are on disability we placed a 60 dollar order for my birthday as a pick up. We placed it with an online account that has our phone number on it and paid in advance useing a debit card. When I finally got over there not being easy as I'm disabled. They said oh ya it's ready handed me one plastic bag with all 4 subs and side in it tied up extremely tight, so tight we had to tear it open when we got home. Upon opening it at home we found a note inside saying sorry ran out of the bread you wanted thank you with a smiley face. They could have and should have called us and told us or told me when I hobbled into the store ro pick it up instead They just handed it to me smiled said its ready and have a good night. Of course upon finding this was not what we order when we I got home we called the store and asked to talk to the manager. The manager said not his problem, they ran out and he left a note when we said it wasn't what we order he said he didn't have time cause they were about to close. It was 8 when he said this they don't close till 10. We got apology, no refund, over charged and lied to straight to our faces. This is disgusting I will never go there again. I had to contact the head office in Richmond and am still waiting for a reply. Fir them to do this to loyal customers especially visibly disabled physically ones. It's disgusting. They deserve negative stars.
