Ordered online however been in store many of times. Used to be great has gone downhill quite quick. Got the subs. Both subs were made to be the same. Completely different. One has mustard one doesn’t one has pickles was does not. You had to put a mayo packet on the side because you don’t have it? That’s brutal. Did your Sysco order not arrive? Hopefully things get figured out.
I love how caring and conscious the staff is when preparing your order. Mandeep gave me fantastic customer service. Kudos to her and the whole team!

My picture is that good but I got two subs. One boneless chicken sub and one assorted sub. The assorted sub was amazing!! I loved it. The boneless chicken sub was just okay..the chicken tasted like it was covered in hotsauce and I didn’t like that.
The workers were patient with me and made me feel very welcome and comfortable even explaining things I didn’t understand.

I dropped in to pick up my favourite, meatball sub with extra cheese, after 6pm and the restaurant was empty, great for me because I didn't have to wait in line! And a bonus was that this was the sub of the day :)
