I was there getting two subs and the girls that were there were working crazy hours and they were in such good moods, laughing and joking with each other and myself. They deserve to be acknowledged as going over and above what is expected of them and anytime I'm there they are always professional and very sweet to me. The girls that work here are so rude. They gossip about you In another language right in front of you . I understood everything they said about me and my boyfriend. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Spend your money anywhere else.

Never order off uber or door dash. They always get the order wrong, forgetting to put any ingredients on the sandwich. I usually ask for only 2 added ingredients and never receive them on the sub

I always go to this location but today the bread was the worse. I couldn't eat it. It didn't taste to go hardly any seasoning on it and it was like chewing on gum. GROSS. I buy at least 5 subs for a dinner a week but the disappointment was not good. Also the server had her hands in Tuna and was going to make another sub without changing her gloves and she cut a different sub after cutting a tuna sub. Not sure I will return this was just unhealthy and no food safety

I ordered a large rib sub from Uber eats and the people who are so incompetent there do not understand when I wrote no sauce specifically. We spent $50 with delivery and tip for a large sub and a small sub. They screwed up the large sub put sauce on it when we specifically said no sauce which they can't read specific instructions and now we are without dinner and they said oh well. If you want a refund you'll have to drive down just for the one sub which we live half hour away. Very condescending tone the woman had. When speaking on the phone will never order from Mr sub again, especially the parkdale location. Maybe you should start hiring people that know how to understand proper instructions. Very disappointed and will be telling everyone not to use your location
Only giving this a 2 and no higher because the food is amazing here.. only reason service/atmosphere is bad is because they hardly make it known your even ordering when your putting toppings on. I came here at 11:30 at night when they were about to close at 12 since its the closest place to my house thats open and ordered a chicken parmesan on a mozza-cheddar bun. Why was there no parmesan on it. Its in the name. Other than that i was going to get a small order of there bacon-queso tater tots and they told me they could at first so i was happy to try it finally, other girl came out and said they couldnt since the marychef was cooling down and off for the night… i work at Tim Hortans and we use the exact same thing, if it was cooling down it would have been so loud i couldnt even hear the 2 workers. And besides you could still see all of the presets and there is ALWAYS a circle showing how far it is from being fully cooled to wash the tray inside. I do love this place but seriously. I know its 11pm but as someone who works in customer service i always run out of doughnuts or chicken at work and make them for the customers rushing myself to do it since its always the #1 priority to serve them. Do better night staff.
