Mucho Burrito

Had an issue with the order that I picked up late at night before close and didn’t realize it until I was already home. The manager Kyle called me himself the next day and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Great customer service.

Don’t go to this location! The restaurant smells like toilets - why does it stink? The guy serving was also RUDE . Food was not good. Save your money.

I went to mucho burrito last night at limeridge mall and was very disappointed. The restaurant and food prep area was disgusting. I ordered a burrito and wanted chorizo but the server had to scrape it off of the bottom of the tin. There wete no veggies available, my burrito was freezing and the churro fries were saturated in grease like the oil wasnt hot enough when she cooked it. I had a bad feeling after eating our meal and later on that night my wife was violently ill vomiting. I have always enjoyed burritos at this location but maybe its new owners or management and quality control has slipped. I normally would not do a review but i feel for the health of others you may want to go to different location.

The girl at the front with the red hair and glasses was so nice and very helpful never got food here before and they helped me a lot will come back

Got the the loaded chips definitely worth it surprisingly filling

Only 2 people in line in front of us and it took 25 min for 2 burritos.
No chicken ready. No fried veggies ready. No brown rice ready. Tiny portions when they were finally prepared. 2 people were working and nothing was prepped. Food tasted old and stale. My son's favorite burrito place and we will never be going back. So terrible.

really nice service, but i would never come back. underwhelming, espcially at the price. and there's not even a prompt to tip via card :( god forbid i want to easily tip someone

Not happy with the service . Hospitality industry needs hospitable employees in my view and it is not what I experienced.

Walked in, asked if it was open since the “OPEN” sign was off at 230p on a Saturday (and there was no one inside)… Gave me a snarky response , and was like “Ok”….

She was alone , looked frustrated and was rushing us through and order. But seemed to take it out on us when we would ask a question to clarify on the choices of our orders.

Lost my appetite….

I got simple nachos please tell why I actually feel sick to my stomach. the corn tasted burnt and the chips are so stale nothin tastes okay

The best mucho burrito location. The manager and staff are so sweet and they always fill my bowl to the top. I haven’t seen this kind of service in a fast food place in a while. The staff literally always go above and beyond!

Bad experience with the worker Ameila.
She was rude and unwilling to help. Spoke to her manager and she acknowledged my issue.
Hope she takes this contructive feedback and take heed of customer issues in future.

I just left mucho burrito and was very disappointed. It was 2 hours to closing and they were out of meat ( very little beef left)
No sautéed veggies or burrito sauce:(

If the young girl who was working Tuesday April 8, around 8:30 pm sees this, you are awesome and you made me the most divine small chicken burrito.

Great food and great staff! 10/10
