Have eaten here 3 times in the last three weeks and I am OBSESSED! I’ve gotten the spicy miso with an egg and extra chilli oil and the edamame. I am beyond impressed with this spot, the ramen is to die for and I would eat it every day if I could. So reasonably priced, the flavour is phenomenal, and the service is wonderful. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about the dishes, if you have any questions just ask! I also have tried a couple of their cocktails and they are just amazing. I can’t recommend this spot enough.

I finally tried Mystic Raman and it was an exceptional experience for my taste buds!! There are so many delicious options on the menu, but I had the special treat of trying their signature dish for the month of December which was a seafood raman in a coconut curry broth!! It's honestly hard to find the words to describe just how good it was. The seafood in the raman consisted of two panko crusted shrimp, many little sweet scallop surprises and a faux crab stick! There was a crunchy addition to the top of the raman which really added to the aesthetic of the dish as well as a nice contrast to the soft raman noodles. I also opted to add the soft boiled egg (an extra $2, which I did not know when I agreed to adding it, but it was worth it in the end). This truly was a fantastic blend of sweet, sour, savoury, and salty! I had every intention of saving some of the raman to bring home to my husband, but it was so damn good that I ate ALL OF IT!! The service was great, timely and attentive staff. The atmosphere/vibe was super chill and cozy. I can't wait to go back and bring my husband and daughter to partake in the spectacular palate journey that Mystic Raman provides!!

Mystic Ramen completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-tier. Adam took amazing care of us—he was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. Truly some of the best service we’ve received anywhere.
We ordered the Tantanmen, and it was phenomenal. Hands down the best ramen we’ve had all year. The depth of flavor, the balance, the spice—everything was perfect. Huge compliments to the kitchen and the chef for crafting such an unforgettable bowl.
If you’re craving exceptional ramen paired with fantastic service, Mystic Ramen is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommend!

I got the Vegan Tantamen ramen bowl with vegan egg. The broth was bursting with flavour, a bit spicy, a but creamy. The vegan egg was made from tofu on the outside and cashew cream and chickpea for the “yolk” a d it was very tasty.

First of all— great treatment of any customer! Crisp work guys! Absolutely appreciated the chance to try this place on our spontaneous trip to Hamilton, as we appeared during some concert activity in downtown, the stuff arranged a short time window which is so so much appreciated 🙏 Food is great, flavourful and authentic. Karaage and Ramens are the must try, they also know how to make black garlic really well;)
