I’ve been coming here since it’s opened. The food is top notch. It’s hard to find really good Chinese Food🥠 in Hamilton. This Chinese Food🥠 is made with love Old school style, top quality, handmade, handmade burgers, fish, and chips. Everything is amazing sushi. Excellent I love the concept, but I order on the menu. It’s cheaper pick up you’re looking for the best Chinese Food🥠 and Hamilton. This is it hands-down I’ve eaten everywhere. No one puts this much work into it and you could tell the difference delicious Nelly. The owner is very kind person love it, I know you will too.

First time customer. I ordered online through the restaurants site. The site was easy to navigate. I took advantage of their 10% discount. When a restaurant offers their own delivery, I appreciate it. Using other platforms of delivery tend to add more fees and service charges. I'd rather that money go directly to the restaurant. Delivery was great and the food arrived hot.

My order of Dinner for 2 (2 egg rolls, sweet & sour chicken balls, chicken chow Mein, and chicken fried rice) and the shrimp with lobster sauce was good. Complimentary crab Rangoon as well if you order $50 and over. Egg rolls were okay, not too much filling though. Chicken chow mein is pretty standard. Sweet & sour chicken balls were standard, a little soft and not as crispy. Chicken fried rice was a little dry for my liking. What definitely helped the rice, was the shrimp in lobster sauce. I really liked the shrimp in lobster sauce. It had a good amount of shrimp. Flavor was great and sauce had the thickness of a gravy, which was great over the rice.

Overall, the meal was pretty good. I would recommend.

Nellies is one of my favourite places to eat on the mountain, and price to performance can’t be beat, the owner couldn’t possibly be a better person and I’m so happy this place exits, plus the orange chicken is great!!!

Went there for takeout the employee was friendly and pleasant. The fried rice was good, and the chicken balls. They just need to add more items or choices in their takeout buffet. Set a flat price for takeout food vs weighing the food container then charging the customer. More transparent this way. Been to takeout restaurants where they charge one price for a lunch or dinner takeout better this way.

My wife and I have been searching in vain on Hamilton Mountain for decent Chinese food. Place after place is just your average run of the mill, pedestrian food until we discovered Nellie's. One of the best ways to judge these establishments is through their s/s chicken balls and the proportion of meat to batter. Nellie's hit a home run in this respect. A huge chunk of white breast meat adorned by just the right amount of batter. Most places are the exact opposite. As soon as we took the lid off the s/s sauce we knew it was a winner as well. A deep, rich dark red colour means super flavourful sauce and it didn't disappoint. The entire order was spot on flavour wise and the portion sizes were some of the biggest we've seen in a while. We had one more big serving the next day and a small one the following day. I was greeted with a friendly smile the second I walked through the doorway and again when someone else came up to the counter. All in all a great experience and we can't wait to try more dishes as we know we won't be disappointed. We highly recommend Nellie's Fish 'n Chips!

I ordered twice on Uber eats. I dont know how this place is run but for the second time now I ordered fried shrimp, the shrimp inside was either rotten or undercooked. Is this a buffet where they have no quality assurance if things are cooked properly? I did ask for a side of sweet and sour which they gave so that’s cool. Won’t be ordering from here again though.

My wife and I had a great meal! The food was very fresh and flavourful. The cheese wantons, chicken balls, orange chicken and veggie spring rolls were packed with ingredients. Best chicken balls I've had in years. Also, the unagi sushi was too notch. The woman tending to us provided thoughtful service and ensured we'd found what we wanted. Great place!
