Exceptional pizza and outstanding service! The crust is crispy and toppings are generous. The owner personally makes sure everything is perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality.

Walked in to order for delivery placed order and was charged for delivery then was asked for address and phone number and recharged for delivery. On the way out the female driver said she would look into it and deliver our food herself and we got the male driver instead. Will be ordering from somewhere else from now on.

I walked in here TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES BEFORE! closing and was immediately asked if it was for door dash (I’m brown) and then when I said I’m just placing an order they told me that they are closing soon and cant place orders. Maybe only if I had ordered online. Needless to say I won’t be trying again here . This was tonight btw if the owner is reading lazy staff on call

The workers here are serious gems! They went over and above to deliver a fun note on my pizza box that I requested and I really appreciated that :) The food was great too! Pricing is extremely fair. This will be our new pizza spot for sure!

6/15 2025. Abysmal service, employees constantly with Airpods in and not taking orders after waiting 15+ minutes just to be served. This is unacceptable. While the food is fine, the customer service is intolerable to the point I'm questioning my loyalty and would rather go to the nearby joint a block away where I'm actually respected as a customer.

The pizza was subpar at best. They gave me onion rings for some reason (that I didn't order) but then they didn't give me the dipping sauce that I paid for and the sun-dried tomatoes on the one pizza are completely black and burnt. I won't be ordering from here again. The garlic bread was also extremely terrible. Definitely not worth $6.
Rohit is the kindest delivery driver I've had the pleasure of meeting. Great pizza honestly the best I've found in Hamilton so far. Thanks guys keep up the great work!!!

I ordered from this place last Friday May 23th 2025 at approximately 9pm. I ordered a deal which includes 2 pizzas, 2 lbs wings, garlic bread and 4 pop. ($50)We have ordered from them before and it was decent, same with this time. However my problem is with the delivery guy. I believe in honest transactions. I used their website to order as a guest under my hubby's name. So he received the email confirmation and amount. I had requested pay debit in person. When driver arrived, I was given my order. However when it came time to pay he put the amount in, gave himself a 18% tip then asked me to tap. I know these guys need to make a living, but I get to choose what I tip not you. When I told him so, he had to run back to the car and see the total, but I think he put in the total from when he gave himself the tip. $63.27, then gave me the machine with that amount, I have a 5% tip at that point. It happened very quickly I might add. I did call the store once he left as I knew something wasn't right and that him doing his own tip isn't a practice that should be followed, it's the consumer''s decision and I don't think it's fair practice. I spoke to a girl at the store who said the manager wasn't available. However once hearing my issue she said she would call back after speaking to them. I knew she was waiting to speak to the driver as we do only live with within 7 mins distance. She phoned back and said that he shouldn't of done that, but that the total was correct that he input the second time, I never seen the first original amount as he tipped himself out. I also never seen the email my husband received from them to know the total. As I was speaking the the last who called me back , the driver called my husband and said he did nothing wrong, and started yelling at my husband. Clearly my hubby said who do you think I'm gonna believe, you or my wife...he then hung up. I did not receive a call back from the lady agau after she said she would. I will not be ordering from here again, I don't care how close it is..I do not order from places that practice this tipping out on their own. It's dishonest practice.
