Wow, craving dumpling and so glad we came here. If you're there on the weekend get the stuffed buns! Just tried for the first time and really looking forward to returning! Good prices and more of a take out place.

Without a doubt the best restaurant in Hamilton. William always serves the freshest dumplings with great wrappers and filling, and the homemade chili oil is amazing. Somehow keeps getting better each time I go.

This charming little spot has so much heart and soul to it that it's simply the best place in town for dumplings. The food is handmade with a personal touch and tastes exactly as if grandma made it for you with all the love in the world. The menu is simple, classic, and it's exactly what you'd expect. The staff treats every customer like family and is always happy to welcome you. Every time we go there is absolutely wonderful. Consistent excellence!

The attitude of the service was terrible, the owner was yelling at me!!!!!!
Just because I ask him not to box the boiling hot fried dumplings in the plastic to go container right away and give it couple minutes to cool down (just for food safety). I mentioned it in a very polite manner and I was pregnant, I do have food safety concern regards to plastic with hot temperature and releasing the toxic chemicals from the one time plastic container to the food, and effect the quality of the food.
I also mentioned I do have glass containers in my trunk, and I could use that, it would save him a plastic box.
He took everything as offensive conversation and starts to yelling at me and ask me to leave without giving back my cash I have paid for the order.
This is a very reasonable request, it just took few more minutes to cool down, I have paid for the order and willing to wait in the store. I do not see that is a problem, How unreasonable this owner could be and he would take this customer request as offensive and starts to yelling at me and ask me to leave?!!

I will never go there again, this is the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. He is the worst.
Kinda grungy. Even killed a bug once. Been here about 5 times. Excellent noodles, dumplings, and prices. Love it. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

Great price for great food. Pork and chive dumplings were definitely the star of the show! My gf got the beef soup and said it was amazing! I had the pork belly soup and felt it was a little tough, but still delicious! Will DEFINITELY be back!
