I had a great experience at Noodle and Dumpling in Hamilton. An elderly man cooked our meal, and it was absolutely delicious! Communication was a bit difficult, but it added to the charm. The place has an old-school vibe, nothing fancy, but the flavors were authentic and comforting. I wish I had found this place sooner! Their dumplings are absolutely delicious — so good that I keep coming back at least twice a week. The pork and chive pan-fried dumplings are a must-try: perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. If you’re a dumpling lover, this place is a hidden gem you don’t want to miss! Plus their customers service is the best, owner very friendly.

I've been here before and enjoyed the pork belly soup, so I decided to order takeout over the phone. I did not want the soup to be spicy or have anything spicy in it and said so multiple times as I was ordering it and when I picked it up. Every time I did man I was talking to said okay he would do that. I just got home and opened the soup and found that it was made extra spicy... I live somewhat far away so I can't exactly go and get a new one... Extremely disappointed that the man I was talking did not even make an attempt to understand me. It was also really hot and stuffy inside the place itself.
First time being denied service in Ontario because of my service dog!!
We stepped in politely asking if it’s ok, the owner or chef (?) just waved at us and yelled no dog i think in Cantonese or mandarin. Poor service. Could have just politely said not allowed. It was completely empty too.

Noodles were very bland. I gt the chicken wonton noodles which lacked flavour and taste. Service was bad as I had to wait for quite long before someone came to get my order. Their dumplings was the only decent order there.
