I walked in to an empty, Un air conditioned banquet hall setting. No staff. Called out and a lady came out. Did not speak English and kept indicating the boss wasn't there. Therefore no meal. It's a shame, because I wanted to have a nice meal before the Ticat opener.This place was highly recommended.☹️
