Adna was amazing! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Came by today for the first time and had an amazing experience. Was met with kindness and great customer service. Rajesh was very helpful explaining each bagel flavour thoroughly and recommending some of his favourites. He made us an amazing sandwich, will definitely be coming back. Delicious food and great staff!

Went there for the first time today and the server made a custom bagel for me that was the cheapest price on the menu (~$10). He loaded it up with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, avocado, mayo, and lettuce. The rosemary salt bagel was also good. Not too bad for a first experience!

I was disappointed with my $9.95 BLT made by a new employee a few days ago. If I want 1 slice of anemic tomato, bacon, and 1 leaf of lettuce with dots of mayo, I'll go to Tim Horton's for half the price. Usually, these sammies are better.
