OneZo is the best bubble tea spot in Westdale! The pearls are always so tasty and the drinks are great. The owner is awesome and super accommodating, answering any questions you may have. Also a decent study spot with outlets and wifi, but gets a bit loud when they are making their in-house pearls.

This is one of the best bubble teas I have had in a while. The owner is skilled at what he does, making the best drinks I’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly and accommodate to what you need without even being asked. There was once I ordered 5 mango green teas with mango tapioca and I told them where I was taking the drinks and the distance. They said they didn’t add ice to the drinks that were being taken 1 hour away because the ice would dilute the drink. I completely forgot about that situation but they were already thinking about it and executed. Small little gestures like that is what makes this store great. Highly recommend this bubble tea shop to anyone.

It’s sad that this is the last Onezo standing in Canada. This place made me fall in love with bubble tea. Their tapioca pearls are hand made, super soft and chewy but easy to digest. Their Tataro drink is the best! Not too sweet, but a delicious desert nonetheless.

The tiramisu from Nonna Lia was incredible. Lived up to the hype for sure so good! My husband and I ate it in one sitting. My only downside and reason for 4 stars is because of the price. $22 for this small portion of tiramisu is insane. I think it was a great experience but not something I would buy again unless I have someone visiting and want to take them here

i’m so happy onezo is still around!! 😄 used to love always copping their litty drinks for their banger tapioca in the gta back in the day but unfortunately a lot of those locations closed down… hope this one kills it with its business cus the drinks are still the same bangers!! 🔥 keep up the great work onezo 🙂

i don't get bubble tea too often so i've only been here twice. the first time, the staff was so sweet and explained how their menu worked, gave me recommendations and were just so lovely to be around. this time, i sat in the shop to do some work while drinking my bubble tea and while aggressively erasing, my drink fell off the table and slipped everywhere. the staff was again so sweet, cleaning up and even remaking my drink. they didn't make me feel bad whatsoever (even tho i felt horrible). they even wiped the table where a bit of the drink had fallen and helped make sure my textbook and laptop didn't get any bubble tea on it from the fall. the staff is always so nice and the drinks and atmosphere is always so amazing. i'd recommend the milk tea with the brown sugar pearls cause it's so good - also they definitely have some of the best brown sugar pearls i've ever had

My favourite bubble tea in hamilton, Onezo has the best tapioca ever!! Their cactus tapioca is very creative. The owner does a great job running this spot. Will always come back :)
