i don't get bubble tea too often so i've only been here twice. the first time, the staff was so sweet and explained how their menu worked, gave me recommendations and were just so lovely to be around. this time, i sat in the shop to do some work while drinking my bubble tea and while aggressively erasing, my drink fell off the table and slipped everywhere. the staff was again so sweet, cleaning up and even remaking my drink. they didn't make me feel bad whatsoever...
Easily my favourite boba place, by far. The drink selection is excellent, the atmosphere is cozy (great for studying), and the staff are some of the nicest people in Westdale. Quentin is unbelievably thoughtful and knows exactly the drinks to recommend whenever I feel like changing things up :)

I love that they make the tapioca in-house every day— it’s so much fresher than the tapioca you would get elsewhere.
The passionfruit green tea is a personal favourite since it has real passionfruit seeds.
