I've been going to Íos for a few years now, never has the quality or friendliness of the staff dropped. Really great baked goods, spotless store and nice variety of products they carry. You can buy good quality spices and other imported goods and their prices are fair too. Overall I would recommend trying them out, even if it's for a quick coffee and treat. You won't be disappointed!

I asked my boyfriend to pick up a cupcake and a few other bakery items, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The cupcake tasted stale, as if it had been sitting behind the counter for quite some time. The jam cookie was also a letdown; it was so hard that the jam came out in one solid piece. Typically, they offer fresh and delicious items, so it would be beneficial for them to reassess what they're putting on display for sale.

The coffe was disgusting so bad
Not bad nice and clean but things are pretty pricey for what they are though. :) Based on my experience, not sure if I’d come again.
I ordered 2 cakes (lemon and a caramel one). They were so fresh and delicious. Totally worth the money. It made my husband's surprise 60th birthday party that much better. So yum! Sweet but light.
